Hôtel De L'Europe

Breakfast was lovely and the location is fabulous. The silence around the place. The trees are amazing.

There was nobody there to greet us when we arrived (I think it might have been a bank holiday but I'm not sure) so we had no personal point of contact. We just had our name on a piece of paper stuck up on the reception door with our room number on it!!! Also, on the walk down around the property on a grassy path to get down to the lower bedrooms, there is a steel rod sticking out of the ground, which looks like a branch, until you fall over it like I did and cut legs and hands in the fall. This should be removed!

Have wanted to stay at this hotel for years having lived in the area for around 3 years before moving back to the UK. Such a warm and friendly welcome from the male receptionist who showed us the breakfast room as well as our bedroom. Lovely wooden staircase. Modern comfort but with all the lovely feel of a hotel of the past. Quiet whilst still in the centre of Morlaix with easy parking and plenty of eateries and shops to hand. Light and comfortable bedroom with a good ensuite. Gorgeous breakfast with so many choices. They speak English if you need them to do so. Perfect!

Beautiful gem of a boutique hotel in heart of Morlaix. Room was clean and spacious with a large window that opened to allow fresh air the cool the room. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, even when arriving very late. Breakfast was plentiful and varied with good coffee in a lovely sunny room.

Be aware that lift only goes to third floor, my room was on the fourth. Was able to store my large, heavy luggage overnight which made the short climb more than manageable.

The lady on the night shift at reception was extremely helpful. She explained where we could and couldn’t park due to the Saturday morning markets. We parked in the car park right opposite the hotel. She was also there for breakfast in the morning and helped with the food choices for my daughter as she has severe food allergies.

We arrived late at night on a bike event, the staff were excellent with their help in letting us store our bikes safely and for accommodating our needs with an early start, we cannot fault the welcome and help we received. For us the hotel was in the perfect location, there were some good restaurants nearby.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. It always satisfies. A hotel with real character, friendly good service and in an excellent location. It is comfortable and with good basic amenities, including cycle storage.

The wifi didn't work for us.

Amazing location in the very center of the city. Found parking nearby easily. It is an old style hotel so very charming. Even prefered to walk the old wooden stairs than taking elevator. Great breakfast and very friendly staff.

The street noise was a little disturbing but tolerable. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good, an excellent selection, fresh - delicious.

None of my family expressed any dissatisfaction.

Historic setting in the middle of town and yet not at all noisy. Pleasant stay.

Parking difficult. Ample public parking but super ample presence of tourists also so very difficult to find an available parking space.

I think they could increase their range of menu items for room service.
