Very warm room. Good shower. Comfy beds. Bar area. Evening staff were very friendly.

It's a about 20 minutes walk to the centre, but that we knew beforehand. They tried to check us in early but the room hadn't been cleaned, although the note on the door read it had, so that was a mix up, however the reception offered us a coffee. There was no cafe in the evening, but the 2 friendly ladies on reception helped with calling for a pizza, which we appreciated as it was freezing that night.

Great location, lovely furnished reception room. Staff was very helpful-they offered us outdoor parking space free of charge since we were not able to drive into their garage.

Location is perfect near a little lake. Calm neighborhood full of natute. Very comfy bed, very clean bathroom. Regardless of language barrier, staff was helpfull when needed. Would go again! :)

The staff speaks only French. Cleaning ladies clean until 2 pm, so if you are chilling in the room it wont be cleaned. Rooms look much better in the pictures than in reality.

The staff are very helpful and polite , the quietness of the area. Thanks for the extra hour of check out.

The beds are small and not comfy , far from the center and train station. Needs attention to cleaning and room service.

Perfect staff in hotel. Always redy to help and share information whit you. Smile and positive vibes is the first thing what you see and feel when you make step in hotel. Hotel is clean, cozy and of course taking care of COVID-19 measure. My sincere recommendation for this hotel.

The clerk was quick in solving our 8ssue.

The room had a malfunctioning toilet and we had to wait a bit for them to give us another room. A small hassle. I requested a parking spot and they replied I need to reserve such a spot. I thought I had done it with my first message. I luckily found a parking spot in the street .

Great location. The path around the basin (lake) on the other side of the street is great for a morning walk or run.

Not possible to buy food/drinks when arriving late.

Splendid staff who were very helpful. We were able to get a meal even though the closing time was only 15 minutes away.

The space at the bottom of the bed and the wall was rather tight for my husband who has mobility issues.

The room is large and clean, with a large window. Good and secured parking (7 Eur/car/night), good wifi free, good and kind staff at the reception and bar. We did not have breakfast.

Great breakfast. Funky hotel.

The duvets were double folded, and far too hot for the beds in Summer. Lack of power points next to the beds.
