Seven Urban Suites Nantes Centre

The hotel and room was very clean. The staff was very helpful. The hotel was within walking distance to the city centre ( 20-25 minutes), you can also take the tram , which is just near it if you prefer not to walk. We stayed in a room for 4 adults, with a king size bed and a double sofa for my children. The room had a kitchenette with all necessary appliances( dishwasher, cooker, microwave…). Note that if you are staying in Nantes between 14/07 and 15/08, you can park free in the street near the hotel, as it is in the yellow zone.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and the building / foyer was light and welcoming. Was great to have a kitchenette and the bed was comfortable with very clean sheets. The room was quiet and spotless. Useful to have a Thai cafe, Boulangerie and supermarket next door. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The only thing is the location which was really too far to walk from the station with a case and in the heat! It was also a decent walk into the old town. I also thought that the price of the room was too much for Nantes - it wasn’t right in the centre, wasn’t in a pretty part of town, and it isn’t a proper hotel. But, it was a great choice and better than other hotels in Nantes - no complaints about the stay at all.

Nice to have some cooking facilities - particularly when you have dietary requirements that limit your choices for eating out. The Spanish women working at reception when we checked in gave us good advice about visiting Nantes. Other staff were helpful and friendly.

Location was a bit far away from most of the sites and attractions in Nantes - but we were able to make up for it by using the Bicloo bikes to get around the city.

I selected this hotel due to its proximity to Les Machines de Lile. (https://www.lesmachines-nantes.fr/ OMGoodness, do not miss Les Machines!! It is the sole reason we ventured to Nantes.) The warm and helpful staff at Seven Urban Suites Nantes Centre welcomed us 9/23 &24/2022 to their delightful hotel. Our room was nicely decorated, very clean, beautiful bathroom & included more than we ever expected. Behind closet doors was a kitchen with all you would need if staying many days. What a bonus. The breakfast room, staff and food choices were also delightful. Anthony was especially friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we could want. He had made breakfast cakes the mornings we were there and offered us samples. So friendly. To top it off we were able to park in their underground secure parking lot. Another bonus. We would definitely stay in Seven Urban Suites Nantes Centre again, and you would enjoy it too.

I had a great stay. The staff were phenomenal (especially Pedram?). Rooms are on the smaller side but very comfortable and modern, with a small kitchen closet. Only breakfast is served in the hotel, and the hotel is in a business district on Nantes Island without many restaurants. But the hotel is only a couple of blocks from the bridge across to downtown Nantes and only a short 15-minute walk away. Also a 15-minute walk to the train station. There is a grocery store and patisserie next to the hotel. A small bar in the lobby and outside patio were nice amenities. Would definitely stay there again.

More food options for dinner.

Incredibly friendly staff. The air conditioning worked well. There were kitchen facilities and a fridge so you could cook for yourself if you like. We tried the spa on our last night which was a lovely treat. We would stay here again. Very close to a big shopping centre the opposite direction to the centre with lots of shops, food outlets and a grocery store.

The hotel was about 20 minutes walk from the centre and 15 from the station. This wasn't a problem for us but something to be aware of if you're not a walker (especially in the heat!)

Location was good and the apartment was spacious and had great facilities. Comfy bed and very nice living room area. It was right next to some lovely eateries and a supermarket. It was a nice walk away from the city centre and castle. Also had a later check-out which was fantastic. The staff were also helpful and friendly.

The wifi was terrible, very slow and could barely connect, for the price paid you'd expect decent wifi.

Property was in walking distance to town and staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Honestly - staff this good are hard to find! Room was comfy and had entire kitchen facilities. Shower was v good. Wellness centre is a lovely touch as you can book out an hour to have essentially to yourself!

Most welcoming check-in and wonderful check-out. Spotless hotel, immaculate room! We had a standard double, but it felt deluxe as all the fittings, the kitchennette, and the linen were of very high standard. Great comfy bed and pillows, lovely bath. Personnell are top class! Friendly, helpful, great sense of humour. Absolutely recommended!

I had a wheelchair accessible room. Fantastic. Only point for feedback is that the door into an accessible room is very, VERY heavy. I could cope (but I am strong) for another person who might not have the strength they might struggle. This is in no way a complaint but just feedback. I would still 100% recommend this hotel, fantastic
