Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences Narbonne Centre

Zenitude is not a place for great luxury, it is fairly spartan but very in an efficient, clean and unfuzzy way. Its greatest asset is the very friendly and efficient staff. They are truly helpful and spend extra time to help us. There is also the niceties of the off street parking area and accommodation for pets. The location is excellent, almost exactly half way between the train station and the city centre, taking around 10 minutes to walk to either.

Don't come here if you are looking for luxurious appointments. It is a bare and spartan but very clean, tidy and efficient.

The location was very good for train travel, between Gare SNCF Narbonne and the town centre. The facilities were very clean. We arrived without out luggage that got stuck in London and came out on a later flight. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in out attempt to track down the baggage. The reception set up was simple, effective and unobtrusive. The underground parking space was plentiful and very reasonable at 9 Eur a day. The layout made it a little awkward in terms of exiting though.

The rooms were expectedly spartan. There was little in terms of 'beauty' in terms of decoration. The facility was 'efficient'. It would have been good if there were washing machines in all rooms, see have them, some don't, so rooms need to be chosen very carefully.

We’ve stayed here many times. The facility is not luxurious but does what it says on the tin. Pets welcomed. Good parking facilities for cars and motorcycles. As always, the staff were excellent, very pleasant, helpful and informative.

A little on the Spartan side, sometimes the complementary kitchen utensils are not complete, like the lack of drinking glasses etc.

The hote is located in downtown, close to the railway station. Very comfprtable room, with mini-kitchen and all necessary things. good bathroom, very clean, high quality internet.

Of course, this is not 4-stars hotel. The room is small for this category, relatively small bathroom, etc. Respectively, the quality is maximum 3 stars, but the cost is like 4 stars. And my trip was in February, I can imagine, what will be in high season...

Good basic clean accommodation with very helpful reception staff. Good location for visiting the city and good necessary parking available at a reasonable price.

There is a breakfast option available, We didn't take it as we always prefer to check out local eateries. We were very pleased we didn't go for the breakfast having seen what was on offer, there are definitely better breakfast options available at a better price locally.

I liked the following: - the hotel/residence met all my expectations and more in that it was bigger than expected; - the kitchen equipment was fully sufficient for my needs; - the city of Narbonne is relatively small, and as result the distances from anywhere in town are relatively short.

The only thing that comes to mind is that I had to ask a second time to get into the room. Apparently the first time I had locked the room by turning the lock on the door in the wrong direction. From then on it worked.

The apartment was really clean and comfortable, everything was good. They also provided us internal parking (with additional fee). Staff was kind and sent us all informations we needed to reach the property and the parking.

The apartments were functional and had enough equipment. The beds were comfortable, including the bed settee. It was a short walk to the main sites or there was a bus stop in front of the hotel. The staff were very helpful, especially about our luggage.

The walls in the apartments are quite thin so you can here people at night.

The accommodation met all my expectations regarding service, amenities, and location. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a memorable getaway in the town of Narbonne and to be able to explore and do sightseeing easily. The staff and their recommendations were exceptional.

There is nothing that I didn't like!

Very nice, clean, comfortable room. Fairly standard, nothing particularly exciting or spectacular about it but we were very happy with our stay. Easy to access and staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was a lock on the air conditioning that prevented you from changing the temperature. Though it was cooler than the 38 degrees outside it was still quite warm which was a shame.
