Excellent value, location,staff, breakfast and saunas. Some would complain that fittings and furniture is 'dated" but it is not the case unless you couldn't live without ultramodern gizmos which as a rule useless. Everything is very clean and more than adequate. Johanna Rux and Ms ?Malommitti in reception deserve special recognition

The hotel feels a bit outdated and hollow. The parking garage was not accessible with our room cards (there was a technical error) and surprisingly, parking was not included in the quite steep price

The Room was very clean. The Food for Breakfast was excellent.
The mattresses kept separating during the night, creating an VERY uncomfortable gap between the two mattresses. I had a terrible night's sleep. The Breakfast Buffet organization was confusing. There are two entrances to the Dining area. We lined up at the first one (a sign pointed to what we believed was the correct entrance); however, this was the wrong entrance. Waiters kept walking by and said nothing. Finally, a guest from one of the tables came to tell us (and the others who had lined up behind us) that the correct entrance was down the hall. And that he had made the same mistake. Having proper signs directing you to the correct entrance would have made things run much better. And finally, I could not get the free Wifi to work. When I entered my Room number and Last name, it kept saying "Guest not found". When I mentioned this at checkout, the Clerk asked did I entry my Room number and Last name; I said yes that I had and it still didn't work. She just shrugged her shoulders and went on checking me out. No apology, NO NOTHING. On a positive note, our waiter at Breakfast was quite nice. It was his first day (I believe that's what he told us).
