Aqua Aurelia Suitenhotel an den Thermen

I loved staying at this property, the staff were great, the location is excellent, the facilities are wonderful and the rooms are very spacious.

I had my room changed as originally I was on the street side which was VERY NOISEY AND HOT. Make sure you are booked for the garden view as you can open those windows without all the very loud street noise. DONOT think you can rely on the air conditioning as it is non existence, make sure you can open windows without street noise.

Staff very helpful and speak English, also liked the vip access to caracalla and slightly discounted Ted entry for it. Also liked the complimentary drinks provided when you check in. Room very spacious, luxurious and comfortable. Loved the heated tiles in the bathroom too! Breakfast was good.

Bit pricey but understand its a more upmarket area and clientele

Modern suites with luxurious appointments. Such a pleasure to stay in spacious accommodation with a delightful outlook. Really happy, friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Always a sign of good leadership and support. Excellent breakfast with choice of inside or terrace seating. Central and convenient location with onsite parking.

Only one negative. The suite had an air conditioning vent in the living area but not the bedroom. The bedroom had a very effective automatic shutter but the living room had only very inadequate curtains that failed to keep out the morning sunlight, so the sliding doors to the bedroom needed to be closed, preventing the cool air entering and making sleeping uncomfortably hot. Either block out curtains in the living area or a extra vent in the bedroom is required.

My family of four booked two rooms. Both rooms were huge and clean, very comfortable. My suite with my husband had an extra half bath and our boys room a lovely porch facing the Caracalla spa, which we all enjoyed. The staff is extraordinarily kind and helpful. Staff at breakfast speak all the languages and give wonderful recommendations. Front desk helped us with spa entrance (buy at the hotel to avoid line at the spa!) and with transportation and recommendations. Would not hesitate to go back again! It was a lovely and restful week in a gorgeous town.

There is nothing to improve. We loved the location (next to spa, very close to center but also peaceful up on the hill a bit), the setup, and the rooms. I wouldn't change anything.

Super friendly staff, especially the ladies we found at the reception. We felt so welcome and so relaxed! Also, our suite was enormous and very modern and clean. It was spotless! Also, nice balcony with a beautiful view of the Caracalla Spa. Very comfortable beds as well. The breakfast buffet was also very good. You have access to the thermal spa by the underground passage (it seems a bit weird going through the parking lot on your bathrobes, but don't worry, you're on the right path!) and by buying your entrance through the hotel, you get one extra hour for free. We loved Caracalla Spa! The hotel has a parking spot, but since it was raining very hard when we arrived, I was afraid I would miss the entrance and I parked on the parking lot just in front of the hotel (but going down the road a few more minutes you'll see the hotel's entrance on your right). Next time, we'll park at the hotel, but we had no trouble with the other parking lot. Overall, we're extremely happy with this hotel and we already booked another stay with them in October 2023! Highly recommended !

Everything was perfect

We loved this place. The staff is super friendly (special thanks to Marisa) and the location is great: nearby the centre, shops and restaurants. The hotel is very clean and the suites are nice, big and comfortable. The rain shower is amazing. We will definitely return.

It would be nice if the parking would be included in the price from the expensive suites. The thermal bath across the street was crowded and not so impressive.

The hotel is convienently located in immediate proximity of the city center. The attentive staff makes guests feel immediately at home. The large suites are comfy and well appointed. Free minibar is a nice plus. I considered the conveniant underground passage to the nearby Caracalla Thermen a definite advantage.

The rooms facing the street are quite noisy. I would recommend the (more expensive but even nicer) rooms facing the park behind the hotel.

The hotel is located next to the Caricalla Therme. The hotel offers the wrist bands at the front desk which allows you to bypass the entrance line. There were probably 50 people in line and we bypassed them all. The room was super comfortable, clean, great views, the bed was perfect. The staff was awesome, super helpful, you can tell they have pride in their work and represent the hotel with the utmost professionalism. If you stay in Baden-Baden, this is the hotel, it’s the only place I’ll ever stay because it offers so much.

The restaurant staff were amazing, super hard working waiter who does everything, cooks, cleans, waits tables. The food quality could be better, especially such a classy hotel. There so many great restaurants walking distance that this isn’t such an issue.

One of the serviceable, clean and pleasant hotels we have been to. The location is excellent, close to the city center and the Carcalla bath. Spacious, pleasant and very clean rooms. The breakfast is indulgent, varied and delicious. The hotel staff is helpful, smiling and kind, responding at all hours with courtesy and professionalism. I must mention the extraordinary help of Miriam from the reception who took care of VIP entrance to the Caracalla baths for us, who reserved places for us in excellent restaurants far beyond what we expected.

Excellent hotel

It was booked for my parents for 2 nights stay. Specially, for my mother’s 60th Birthday! and it was awesome! Parents got the gift from the Hotel, we appreciate it so much! The room is fantastic, warm, cleaning each day, large one. Breakfast is amazing, with Prosecco each day :) You have a nice option to get to the Thermal Spa through the corridor from the hotel. The hotel is really classy and contemporary. In the city center. You can go for a walk everywhere from it. If you are traveling to Baden-Baden the Hotel is highly recommend!!
