The location of the hotel is perfect, facing the train station, which made it very easy for me to move around the city and also for my return to the airport. I just couldn't use the train on arrival because the flight was delayed and there was no train available, so I took an Uber (approximately €60).

The only thing I really didn't like, at least in my room, was the shower. The adjustment was not very good, and the water jet changed in intensity after some time of use.

Amazing staff, facilities are good and good value for money. very close to the station so if you get a room with a balcony, might be a bit noisy for light sleepers. Otherwise it is a great place to stay. Definitely recommend for solo travellers who dont want to stay in a hostel and explore Berlin!

The location of the hotel is superb. The S Ban station is just a few steps away, from where you can reach the city center or air port. The hotel is just two stops away from the Berlin messe, so it is perfect if you are travelling for an exhibition held there. Breakfast was nice.

The hotel needs refurbishment. Towels we got were clean, but very old. The price was a bot too high.

Good a safe location (just 5min to the train station by walk), everything was clean, the staff was super-nice (they let us to store our luggages after check-out). I was suprised that our room definitely looked better than in the pictures. Highly recommended!

Only soft smell from the bathroom (but nothing terrible). The walls were tiny, but nothing really bothering - we slept well in the night :)

The hotel is ideally located, with connections to U-Bahn and S-Bahn very close by, and lots of shopping options in the neighbourhood. The room was very nice and clean, wi-fi connection was good, and surroundings were very quiet. Backyard view is quite lovely.

Light switch could have been located closer to the bed as well as to the door. Otherwise everything was very nice!!

Great location and staff. Comfortable stay. Everything was OK. Sound isolation was not the greatest but did not cause issue. You have all you need in the surrounding. And good connections with public transport. Would recommend.

Wi-fi was quite bad. Water pressure/temperature was weird, but my shower also seem to malfunctions so there's that.

It was a short stay, and I enjoyed this hotel immensely. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. I saw that there're different types of rooms: some of them are smaller and somewhat outdated, mine, however, was really large, with a terrific view at the area. Speaking of which: the location couldn't be more perfect, just a few steps from the S-Bahn Charlottenburg. I appreciated the later check-in at 11:30. Cleanliness is top-notch.

Somewhat old-school style to leave a key at the reception whenever you leave the hotel. Also, can get noisy, due to the vicinity of the S-Bahn station, but other than that no complaints.

I was completely satisfied with the location as the S-Bahn station is across the street. The room was not big but it was impeccably clean. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom is equipped with all the basic necessities. We'll definitely come again.

I didn't like the view but since my partner is a smoker, we got the room with the look to the back garden and the reason is obvious. Most of the staff barely speak English but we always got what we needed.

Location is near S-Bahn and U-Bahn (subway). Supermarket is nearby. Maby different Restaurants are in the proximity.

I didn't like leaving the room key ar the reception, I'm not used to doing that. But on the other side maby it's better that way, so the key doesn't get Lost.
