The breakfast was great and staff were very friendly. The location in downtown Bremerhaven is quite convenient for sightseeing. It takes about twenty minutes on foot to reach the main train station. The WiFi worked well.
The TV's remote control had not been cleaned and was visibly grimy. The shower cabin was leaky on the sink side. The signage on the staircase is not very clear and when you try to take the stairs, you are unable to get into the floors with rooms on them.

Excellent location, around the corner from shopping street and 5 minutes walk from attractions, e.g. shopping mall, museums. Breakfast was good; plenty of choice. Room was clean, spacious and had everything needed for the weekend. Choice of tv channels was limited, but we were not there to watch tv. Due to COVID no room cleaning, however, no problem to receive clean towels/toilet paper when we asked. Free wifi. Have to show prove of vaccination, cured or tested!
We arrived at 14.00 hrs and could check in early, and we were lucky to have a parking spot at the hotel. However, if you arrive too late, you may not be able to park at the hotel.

What an absolutely wonderful surprise this hotel was! It’s in a perfect location in the middle of a square with restaurants everywhere! be sure to ask for a room on the 5th floor looking at the square! super comfy rooms! one of the best breakfasts in Germany so far! it was an excellent rejuvenation for these weary cycling tourists!

Unfortunately all the car park spaces were booked up so we had to park at the church and walk back but the staff was able to give us tips and were very friendly..

We had a fabulous room, it was spacious and had wrap around windows that not only overlooked the square, but the shopping street and further. Also nice a quite whilst we were there.

I liked the room, which is looking to the main square. The breakfast had many options. Staff was friendly. Blankets were really cozy.
The smell in the hotel and the room was not fresh. It was like there has been smoking before and the smell has been in the carpets or floor.
