SCOTTY & PAUL Hotel Deggendorf

The room was quiet, the shower was hot. What more do I need. The location is directly across the street from our office building, so perfect for my business trip. I did not try the breakfast, so no feedback.

The box of tissues in the bathroom only had one tissue in it. After using it on the first day, the box remained empty the following two days.. Good thing there was toilet paper. :D The shower gel was also very close to empty, but just managed to get through my stay. It would be nice if these things were checked and restocked prior to a new guest checking in.

Happy with the breakfast, loved the fresh rolls and jams, coffee was 1st class though in typical English fashion we did bring our Twinings everyday tea. Staff where so nice and helpful the rooms where fantastic previously stayed when it was called NH Deggendorf before Covid, amazing improvement on something we had previously been more than happy with, applaud the designers. Shower combination including the rain shower option was a breath of fresh air as well as the Air Con , Balcony was a perfect combination in the rooms. So impressed with the daily room cleaning what a good staff team and location was perfect for everything we needed

Down to my own personal preference i do like sliced bread to toast apart from that could not find fault if i wanted to

The staff was great! They showed exceptional care to my family and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Every request was heard and met with solutions. Not to mention the soap and shampoo in the rooms was excellent and smelled great. I wish I remember what it was.

The room could have been a little cleaner. There was hair in the bathroom and the shower. Also the balcony was a bit dirty. Wasn’t bad, just a few noticeable things. The price of breakfast was a little too high.

The room is very clean. The check in and out is very smooth. The staff helped to book a taxi to the train station which is really helpful since we carry a lot of baggage. Location-wise, very near to the town area so it is easy to find food and do some shopping.

Everything was good. Only if they could improve on the mural arts on the walls, that would be perfect. Maybe a more suitable arts for every level of age.

The friendly and welcoming staff, the comfortable, cozy and spacious room, the suitable equipment of the room. The impeccable and super clean breakfast area with its large space and lovely displays. The food was exceptionally fresh and varied in its yummy displays. Well done you, kitchen staff!

Not too pleased with some smell in the bathroom.

Location and friendliness of staff on reception, in particular the housekeeping team where excellent could not fault the service

Not a great fan of the breakfast definitely miss being able to make toast

We are travelling with a dog and we were very happy to see that just in a few meters of the hotel was located really big park. The room was spacious and clean as well as very comfortable! I am happy that my dog was welcomed in the hotel :))

The breakfast is overpriced and sometimes you can’t find the person on the reception

The hotel is located near nice park, where you can go out with your dog and enjoy the time there. It’s also nice that the hotel is not far away from the highway and it’s easy to be reached in a few minutes.

I really didn’t like the fact that the parking spaces are just a few and there is not enough for everyone

Great location near the Danube promenade and also near the town centre. Rooms and facilities great hotel standard and spotless. We've been returning for an overnight stay when going from the UK to Austria. Ideal overnight and everything is close by for a quick evening walk.

great location - close to A3, still able to reach downtown in 10 min walk or Danube promenade in 6 minutes.

although the room was neat and clean, the bed has been not comfortable (2 separate beds next to each other), while kid’s sofa surface was too hard for my kid to fall sleep
