Breakfast was superb! Better than the Hampton Hilton from Munich! Nice staff, the breakfast lady checking the guests was in the spectrum for sure (absolutely loved that they are inclusive) staff dress code is very casual.

Our room was a superior room but there was no glass shower separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom! The whole bathroom got wet. We stayed for one night, but this is a downside for me. For the value I think the dress code should be a bit more on the smart casual side…

Very nice room with comfortable bed and two types of pillows, so you can choose the one you prefer more. There are several grocery stores like Lidl and Edeka located nearby, which I found convenient. Bathroom is also nice and wi-fi worked well.

Receptionist doesn't speak good English, so check-in was a little awkward. It's quite far from central station, so you have to use public transport if you have a luggage.

Located in a residential neighborhood, next to a Lidl, easy access off the motorway., walkable to Esslingen Christmas market ( 15-20 minutes) Lobby staff and bar/snacks available 24 hours. Parking, but insufficient for need

There is insufficient breakfast room space for number of guests. The queue was qlmuite long at times. Breakfast seemed quite pricey at 14.50€. And selections of fruit, cold cuts and cheeses lacking. Disappointing for amount paid

Brand new hotel, great for one night. Excellent services (bar, seating area). Room and bathroom immaculate clean. Non-stop reception. Very comfortable beds. Very good price-value ratio. Location was a little bit outside from old city, but still walkable distance (20 min) or theres is a proper public transportation. A smaller railways station nearby (10 min).

I stayed alone but my family arrived one day later and I miss there is no room for 3 persons, but booking 2 rooms would be not so price efficient.

Excellent service and stuff even though they can do a bit rude sometime as well but I don't think it was personal seeing that they had a long day.

The TV doesn't have a more variety of programs for foreign people. Also everything like drink in the lobby is a bit overpriced seeing that you have a lidl next to it and then prices of a small coffee is not 4 euros

Very rich breakfast for affordable price. Really clean room, nice personnel. Super TV. Everything was working properly.

Too expensive open-air parking price per night, no security guy, no guarantee of an available parking place if you leave during the day. Even though you've paid for it. No wardrobe in the room.

Staff shortage at reception (one hiy bssically running the show), Soundproofing was not great in rooms, bed mattress not super comfortable (though the pillows, covers & blakets were very good)

All was great, the beds are really confortable, the breakfast good and the lobby great. Friendly staff.

Due to some booking error, we did not have enough blankets and it was apparently quite complicated to organise additional ones. I would expect this to be a no-brainer - just hand out some more.
