Radisson Blu Hotel Karlsruhe

Our room was upgraded. Prices are adequate, including on New Year. The stuff was nice and friendly. There are candies, fruits, water near the entrance, which is super nice. The breakfast offers a lot of choices and tastes grate!

Only small things: the cleaning personnel did not notice for 2 days that the shampoo was up, despite being every day in the room. We had to specifically ask for it. The mini fridge did not function and the safe was broken. No slippers or bath robes in the room, although the hotel has SPA. However, we received both shampoo and bath robes on reception. We are

Nice, spacious room. Dog-friendly hotel (lots of dogs due to the dogshow in Karlsruhe). Excellent breakfast with warm dish options that can be ordered to be waited on the table.

The communication with the hotel was slow; they sent me several automated messages about additional services etc, but they did not answer my message regarding them via Booking.com at all, and via email only after two days. The dinner at the restaurant was nowhere near the quality of the breakfast, the selection is small and slightly "strange", the quality of the food is ok but nothing more. At breakfast one of our orders was taken but never fulfilled.

Hotel location was good, room size, facilities & cleanliness are top notch. Breakfast is ok but if they could provide more and different options every day would have been better.

Nothing specific. They have only one parking lot for electric charging option. We didn't face any issue as it was always free when we wanted to charge our car. But in future may be they can add more parking slots with electric charge option.

Great price quality, very comfortable rooms and bed, super clean everywhere and the stuff is really helpful!!! Stayed already couple of times and definitely turn back, and it's dog friendly!

The room service code for menu had different number to call and online menu was not matching the menu what the staff had, so we need to go down to do the order, otherwise the barman would need to reed it by the phone.

Excellent experience, I wish I remembered the name of the receptionist who checked us in, he was brilliant, super kind and accommodating. Even though we were tired after a long journey he made us feel welcome and happy. He gave us a beautiful spacious room and sorted everything for our morning to go supersmoothly too. We loved the breakfast and the many options in the generous buffer. We will be definitely back.

Breakfast lady seemed to be a bit strict that morning but then again I am not a.morning persone either

It is a hotel outside the city, close to the highway (and that is what I was looking for). We have arrived to the hotel earlier than the check in schedule time, but they have provided us wit room upon our arrival. Our twin room was very nice, modern style, bathroom with all accessories. Kettle with nice coffee and tea selection Breakfast is excellent and it is available until 11. The staff is very helpful.

everything is top it was a great stay . very happy from the location and other services

actually when i book my room it will show me with car parking but when i go there and thy told me extra pay for car parking 10 € i think its ok no problem. but next day in check out they charge 17 € for one night car parking which is unacceptable, they must clear the Coustomers regarding car parking rules

-services -staff very friendly -the facility looks great were I didn’t use yet because I stayed for one night (stopover) -check in process was very quick -welcoming coffee, sweets, fruits, waters (in the reception)

-separated bed I booked a bigger room but they gave me a regular room, when I get back to the reception he apologized that they don’t have any more big rooms (but they charged me for the bigger room and he promised to return back the difference, I didn’t receive it yet but I believe that they will do)

The hotel was great and cozy . We had an issue checking in as it was new years eve and the room was pre booked with an extra bed but they didn't put the bed inside the room and there was no availability for extra beds . The employee and the reception was very nice and understanding and she tried her best to accommodate us and as a nice apology for our disturbance she removed the parking and breakfast charges.

- Rooms and corridors were extremely cold - We changed our room since single and double beds were in totally different floors (one in floor:1, other in floor:4) and it was a "downgrade". However during the checkout, we paid the original fee.
