H4 Hotel Frankfurt Messe

This was my first solo travel and the experience at this hotel was amazing. the room was spacious and the bed was VERY comfortable. the view was great and because the hotel is near a mini-forest, the fresh air was amazing and the neighbourhood was quiet. in the moring i was waken by the sound of the birds instead of traffic!!! the food was also great. i didnt book my stay with breakfast included but i still had the possibility to pay 15 euros per day to have my breakfast and it was worth it. the food was delicios. the staff was great and welcomed me beautifully. they helped me with information about how can i get to the center of the city and were very open to chat and help in general.

It's a perfect hotel for staying over night or two when on the road. You will sleep there very well as there is absolutely no noise from any road or railway etc. The family room is really big and well equipped. Beds are very comfy, bathroom clean and full of utilities. If you travel with children and/or pet its just perfect.

They have their own, big parking - so charging 15 Eur for this is not justified. Its not a city centre busy area - its on a suburbs and there is plenty of parking space.

We really liked a bed, was super comfprtable . Sauna is with amazing view. Had a small dog with us and cleaning staff got so used to it that we didnt need to take her out while they cleaning. Reception was friendly, always helped with everyghing . Breakfast is good . A park beside so morning walks were amazing.

The fact that there is no fridge in the room , yes we stayed longer so that was a big factor but even if you stay for a short time its still important to cool down your drinks . Aircon didnt really worked properly .

Perfect breakfast, by far the best for a long period. Family room was big enough Preconfirmed baby crib was not available at the beginning. But hotel organized later

Pre requested baby bed was not in the room, even confirmed. We came late after a long distance flight and kids were very tired. It took a while to receive the bed, as no bed was first available :-( This negative point should be organized better. We will give them a new try next month

The staff was very helpful, responsive and friendly. They checked availability and gave us the perfect room with a door that separated the kid's bed. The sample shampoo and bathing gel are really good.

The room was smelling to cigarrete smoke and our clothes too. We tried to identify the source but couldn't find it. We reported to the reception and expected some compensation but got just got verbal apollogies. One extra bed duvet cover would have been nice, since it got pretty cold in the night.

We didn’t have too high expectations since we stayed at the hotel for one night only, but it was totally amazing! The stuff was super helpful and friendly, the rooms were comfy. I also travel quite a lot with my dog and have never visited such a pet friendly hotel. I actually forgot to bring dog food and they had some for us. There is a nice park around the corner for a walk and the workers were super nice to my pet at any given time! Thank you for making my time so nice!

I liked everything

Good location from the highway - GIF good for a stopover. Our room was huge and the bed was so comfortable (and also huge). Checkout was at noon so we could leave at a leisurely pace. There were complimentary bottles of water in the room.

Parking was not included, but it was good to know that the money was going towards security

Great location outside the so-called "low emission zone", close to highway, private parking with surveillance, good public transport to the center of the city, nice large room(s), good internet speed, toiletries, comfortable beds, safety deposit box, very clean.

No fridge in the room; a bit expensive but it is close to Frankfurt Messe so the price follows the location.

I love the fact the staffs were friendly and helpful. The were friendly to the kids even though they were playing at the front desk. The bed was comfortable and neat. Also you could change 100dollar to euro if you don't have money on you. However I enjoyed my stay. The good thing is they also offer to keep your bags for few hours if you check out; especially if you want to do a quick shopping in town.

There was no fridge in the room. At least a fridge to store cold water due bcos of the hot weather.

The hotel is well maintained, very clean, the room looked renovated and comfortable furniture / bed. The facilities in general are quite good an clean.

The air conditioning unit in the room was so loud during the night. There are no nearby (walking distance) shops in case you need to buy any thing. Price was a bit expensive
