The hotel is nice. Staff were super helpful and restaurant was so good for lunch and dinner. The only issue with this hotel its located right in the red district area feels unsecured to walk around at night. But the hotel its self is so secured so not a big issue

It was a good value for money, comfy bed, good internet.

Location and the room size. Room was rather small for two. The hotel is located in the red lights district, which is fine but was a bit surprising — a lot of drug addicts and sex workers around. The good thing though — lots of good street food there, too. If you are a solo traveler, having kids or not really used to urban mess — might feel unsafe or overwhelming.

Really comfortable bed. Nice view of the towers of the banks. Only one block away from banking area and party area. Reception service is really nice and they try do give you the room with the features that are most valuable to you (big bathroom, highest floor, etc.)

Breakfast wasn’t as good as expected. They have a broad selection of food but the quality if the food is average. Nothing special or fancy. Additionally, they didn’t have fresh orange juice. I really hate it when hotels with 4+ stars do not offer fresh orange juice. Fresh orange juice just brings the breakfast on a whole different level.

The staff were excellent, helpful, friendly and gave us great suggestions of what to visit and how to navigate Frankfurt. They made everything effortless from check in to check out. The room was lovely, clean, spacious and everything we needed. The location was great for us even though it was a bit uncomfortable with the "red light district" nearby.

Honesty nothing that Hilton could do. More to do with the Frankfurt city area.

The room was clean and facilities including gym were good.

Too close to the red light district... Google maps got us right through the street from the station the night we arrived! . It would have been nice if we had been made aware to avoid Taunustraze...but obviously that's not possible for the hotel to do . Other than this, the hotel itself was nice.

Good location, walkable from the train station. Nice rooms, comfortable bed, great breakfast, and even kettle in the room (which most hotels don't have any more but I love having that).

Unfortunately my shower suddenly started dripping in the middle of the night out of nowhere and woke me up. Not the hotel's fault, the lovely receptionist apologised when I told them in the morning and offered me a cup of coffee.

The staff’s friendliness was definitely the most positive impact on the trip, and also the great options and good food for breakfast and dinner.

The hotel itself is perfect and close to the train station, so it is very convenient. Unfortunately the area around the train station is very unsafe, but this has nothing to do with the quality of the hotel itself. All the streets from the hotel towards old city were clean and safe.

Very good service, comfortable rooms, affordable price.

Location. Small suggestion: Walk to the hotel NOT from HauptBahnHof but from the Taunusanlage station. Doing so will prevent you from crossing the red light district and help you evade that side of the town. Basically the hotel appears to be at the very divide/intersection of a financial district and the red light district.

This was a part leisure/part business trip and the hotel was perfect. It was in an ideal location - close to the station and central Frankfurt. All of the staff were really helpful and welcoming. I needed some photocopying doing and they were happy to help. At breakfast time you were always greeted and the staff were attentive. The breakfast itself was very good with so much choice from the buffet - eggs, bacon, sausages, beans, vegetables, cheese, cold meats, salad, bread, croissants, pastries fruit, cereal, yoghurt and great choices of drinks. I am vegetarian and my husband is not and we were both impressed. There are computers and printers you can use and the wifi works very well. The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.
