Holiday Inn Express - Fulda, an IHG Hotel

It is brand new (or nearly renovated?) and beautiful hotel. The design is modern and elegant. The rooms are on a small side but they have everything you need and a soffa bed vas little (the reception stuff informed us about small soffa bed but we stayed only one night and it was okay for my kids to sleep that way). The brekfast was good. There`s an option for "grab and go" breakfast for those in a hurry. The staff is competent and polite. It is walking distance from city centre.

Very good hotel value for money. Cozy rooms, clean. The location is also good.

It was written that the hotel has its own parking. But upon arrival it turned out that the number of places near the hotel is very limited. I was offered to leave the car on the opposite side of the street. But next to the hotel, I found a guarded parking lot and paid only 2.50 euros for it. Breakfast at the hotel could be more varied if we are talking about scrambled eggs, sausages.

Great to have a central hotel with free underground car park. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Room was modern, clean and all the facilities (iron, toiletries & hairdryer etc) available in the room. Nice to have a small bar to meet colleagues. Breakfast the following day had plenty of choice and tasted good.

Wifi was a little slow, but no other issues at all.

This appears to be a fairly new hotel, rooms are very big and well equipped including USB charging plugs which are essential these days. Fairly central location.

We were disappointed to find that there was no dining in the evening. The car park direction signs could be clearer and the breakfast was pretty ordinary compared to what is offered by this chain of hotels in the UK

The extra “double” bed was really just a larger single bed, so it wasn’t big enough for our kids to sleep in. We received notification of this by email just before the stay itself, but had not read it before we saw the room, at which stage we were tired and happy to have anywhere to stay.

new hotel just outside the old town and a short way from any places you might want visit in Fulda. rrom standards and hospitaliy as you may expect from a hotel of this chain.

Very clean and nice rooms with a superb breakfast. The staff were very helpful. Can park the car in the garage.

It wasn't clear on the online booking that the sofa bed was too small for 2 people, but we got another room when we asked.

Love the location, the cleanliness of the room and how comfortable the bed was! Super fluffy pillows and blankets! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The water pressure in the shower could be improved, and having a shower door or curtain would be great for preventing water from splashing around the bathroom.

Helpful staff, with info for Covid test in town. Staff took bags immediately, despite not being checked in before Covid test. Very friendly staff at breakfast and patient with everyone finishing breakfast. Tasteful colours and decoration.

I found the bathroom a little small i.e. little space for, foot mat and toilet. Water from the shower splashed over the floor. Building site next door was a surprise, but at least quiet at the weekend.

It is very close to centre of Fulda and in a range of few hundard meters there is a lot of restaraunts. Hotel is clean with underground garage. Breakfast was good as it is in Holiday Inn hotels. Staff was very helpfoul and check in and out was very fast.

No complains. Good hotel for over night stay.
