great location, amazing breakfast (the lady who assigns us to the table, was so pleasant) very modern nice room, convenient for public transport. U3 line goes everywhere needed

window view from my room at the 5th floor, saw some blond hairs on the clean towel, met one silver fish climbing to the wall, used coffee cup was not replaced/cleaned. no complementary water bottle.

Very nice breakfast, not the best, but definitely very good. Nice location with close to the main train station, but the area itself is not the prettiest.

The floor in the room was not the cleanest, we had to walk in shoes only even inside the room. The bathroom had number of problems: 1) near-to-transparent walls, so you can see what someone is doing inside, like going to toilet. There was even a hole in the wall where you could potentially see the person on the toilet inside... 2) No air extractor in the toilet. 3) The shower itself is not very isolated, so if you are bigger than 50kg girl you will end up with a lot of water outside. The bed is not the most comfy, and the air conditioning is pretty loud if you want to have it on during the night.

The facilities definitely exceeded the expectations, it was fresh, clean, spacious. Aircon was on with a pleasant temp. in the room. It seemed as every detail was considered

The check in experience seems to be the only complaint. We needed parking and had requested it in the booking. I got a very unpleasant feedback when I asked for it. Also there were was a tone that was not solving problems. It was only one in the reception that had an attitude. The rest of the staff in the reception and in the hotel were very helpful.

Everything you need, and the hotel and staff are very forthcoming, you'll have a great stay at this property! Close to multiple public transport stops, so very well connected.

The location is in walking distance of the center, it's not in a very great neighbourhood.

This is a modern hotel and its appearance and the physical state of every thing is bright and updated. My room although not very big was fine. The amenities like the air conditioning, kettle, minibar fridge and iron were a treat. Next to the hotel there is a small shopping mall with a supermarket, some food shops and stuff. The hotel is located within a 5 min walk to the U and S Berliner Tor station with very good connectivity. The hotel is about 15 min walk from the HbF so that is also convenient. The overall surrounding is not that great but that dose not matter much. The staff were friendly and helpful. I can not attest to the culinary attributes of the hotel but they also seem to be of high quality.

The room is a bit small but for one person it was OK.

The hotel is very new and clean. Rooms are very comfortable and well designed with lots of light. The team was very kind. Very easy to use public transportation. A bus takes u directly to city center and fishmarket area and they r very frequent.

Hotel is only 1 km away from city center and 800 metre from hbf. The area around hbf looked too shady to my taste. Walked the area during the day but i would be hesitating at night. Not a big problem though since buses are taking you to the hotel easily. Windows are not opening and a/c was not that strong. It was not warm but i wish airing of the room was a bit better occasionally.

The room size was good, the staff was helpful and polite. The facilities are excellent, the luggage storage room was a bonus. The sheets and towels were clean, good view. Location is awesome. Direct connection to the Airport and the train station. The S1 goes all the across the city.

The transluscent bathroom door and part panel (woke up my partner when i switched on the light. The tv was a smart tv, and I do not mind the limited channels, but the settings and features of thee TV were locked/unavailable, I could not cast content from my phone or laptop to watch (netflix or prime). The bed was not the best, at the end of the night, I would be sunk into the mattress.

The hotel is beautifully designed and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is very good, close to the main train station and the subway station is also nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. The room was also very nice and bright, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of choices. Although the restaurant staff are very busy, they still greet you with warm smiles.

Just wanted to mention that there are some homeless people or drunks in the area next to the hotel. When walking from the central station side, it feels less safe . But It feels better if you walk from the Berlin tor metro side. Recommended that the sauna can be used separately by lady and gentleman.

Hotel was lovely and quiet, even though we were at front of hotel we didn’t notice any noise from outside from traffic. All staff that we came across were pleasant and friendly, anything we asked for was given. Didn’t eat or drink in hotel so can’t comment on that. It was nice also that our luggage was kept for us before and after check in

Didn’t realise you could get bathrobes down in reception only noticed on last day when we went back to get our bags This could have been provided in the rooms or maybe have information in the room letting people know it’s available from reception. Also on the Sunday the room wasn’t cleaned but wasn’t a big deal we just got fresh towels the next morning, which wasn’t a big issue
