The room was spacious with a lot of natural light. Very good location, right in the centre of a vibrant area with lots of cafes, shops and restaurants and 5 mins away from a central tube station. The breakfast was correct. Good value for money.

The shower didn't have any curtain which meant everything nearby was soaked in water. The ceiling light was a bit low and it kept getting entangled with my hair. There could have been more English or other languages speaking channels too.

The room and location was excellent.

I didnt like that Booking offered me only the Double Premium room for EUR 150 while there are other single room categorys offered by the hotel....I did neither need that space nor a double bed for myself. Problem that the hotel reservation have been hacked and thus I was contacted by email and whatsapp with fraud contents (emails faking also being from booking.com)

The location is great, close distance (900 meters) to English gardens for a nice run, and walking distance (10 minutes) to old Centre and all it has to offer. The hotel is surrounded by a variety of options for restaurants. Breakfast is fresh, with coffee and tea available all day. My room was comfortable and clean.

Tight squeeze into the parking, but manageable, and comfortable large parking spaces once inside.

Great location, eclectic rooms and comfortable beds. It’s a unique boutique hotel that has more character than most of the chain offerings.

Breakfast is fairly sparse. Staff are fine but not very present (only available in mornings, self check-in). The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved.

Excellent location for walking or using the tram. Lots of restaurants nearby. Good size rooms and very clean. The rooms toward the back are exceptionally quiet. The breakfast had plenty of options.

Location is very good - in a nice neighbourhood, with a lot of nice cafes and restaurants, 20 minutes by feet to main square.

Breakfast is very simple (ham, cheese, boiled egg and 1-2 fruits)

great location and great space for the money we payed. The shower was great and we even had a balcony. It was located in the center of the city, and we could walk to all the museums and central station.

The check-in time was not so flexible due to the covid situation. But we were lucky to be there on time for the check-in!

Nice and quiet room Warm thank you to the lady who waited for me as i arrived late.she didnt receive m'y message but still kept the reception open.

The breakfast could be more diversified

Good location, close to underground station and tram/bus stops. Quite close to the old town. Good breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Clean.

Be sure to get a room with a balcony. Those are in the back building and are located in the quiet patio. The whole hotel is located in an old building in Schwabing. Famous for its nightlife and a lot of bars and restaurants. The room we had is very large and nicely decorated.
