Precise House Dusseldorf Airport

Excellent value for money. I can't believe what you get for this incredibly cheap price. The interior does not look like the photos, it must have been remodeled and it looks way better now. Gave me a true four star feeling. Also the location is perfect if you need to go to the airport.

It was not a problem for us, but be aware that the shower is not behind a wall or anything, you can see everything from the room. Only book this hotel is you really like your companion ;-)

I stayed here as my flight has been cancelled and the initial hotel the airline sent me to was full! So, I made my own arrangements and I am so glad I found this hotel. It was like a little haven. The room was spacious, and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious! And there is also a koi pond outside which I found very relaxing. The hotel is also situated a 20min walk from the S. Oliver outlet which was great as I needed to buy clothes appropriate for Germany weather. The parks in the area are also beautiful and Ratingen turned out to be a very pretty town. Dusseldorf by public transport is approx. 1 hour away (much, much closer by car).

It's not exactly that I didn't like it, more that I found it unique. The shower is sort of in the middle of the room. In the unlikely event the room's door is open and you are in the shower, people in the corridor will be ale to see you. (I have attached a photo)

Was supposed to use the shuttle service to the airport for €20 booked by the hotel, but they never came. 30 min later a taxi was called and I had to pay €25. I believe that this should have been paid fully or at least partially paid by the hotel! If I wanted to use a taxi, I would've chosen a hotel closer to the airport.

Great sized room. Great heating system that warmed the room sufficiently. Exceptional housekeeping service every day. Didn't use the sauna facilities but was happy there was a small gym next to it where a good functioning bicycle and treadmill. In general the staff are super friendly

I booked this hotel at 11pm after a last-minute flight delay + cancellation. I was exhausted and really hungry after a long day in the airport. I couldn't have asked for a better welcome to lift my spirits! Even though the restaurant wasn't really operating that late, they still arranged some snacks for me and even offered to make me a pizza if I wanted. They were really accommodating. For the most part, the room was super quiet. I definitely couldn't hear any noise from the street. And I couldn't hear noises from other rooms so long as I had my earplugs in. The room is really spacious and nicely decorated. The restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced; I had a Caesar salad for lunch and it was great. There's a lovely outdoor area with a water feature setting to sit and hang out/eat. It's about a ten minute drive to Dusseldorf international airport.

Tea and coffee making facilities + a fridge + snacks in the room would have been great. Not all rooms have air-conditioning, though some do. Some people--e.g., those traveling with a friend rather than a spouse--might not like the set-up with the shower in a really visible place in the room. But it's probably fine for single-travellers or couples.

The room was very modern, good size and very clean. It had a large flat screen TV which we didn't have time to watch. The breakfast was excellent quality with plenty of selection available.

It was weird that the bathroom had a plain glass window through into the main bedroom. Someone getting up during the night and putting the bathroom light on awakened the other person sleeping and lit up the whole room.

where to start… brilliant front office staff, great breakfast and friendly chef too, clean room with good natural light, comfortable bed, clean bedding, good use of elevator and if you are visiting in the summer you can sit out to have a coffee too as they have some outdoor seating area. If you are coming from Düsseldorf airport, taxi would be 20 mins or if you want to take the bus like myself it’s bus no 760 outside the station towards Ratingen and it’s a 10 min walk from bus stop. (have coins for bus tho they don’t take card) would definitely return!

Central place to meet the team members coming in by plane and car. Modern, nevertheless cosy place.

The parking spaces were not respected, so many cars took 2 places at once. We had to park our car in the street and move it again before 7am. Would it make sense to put a counter at the entry of the parking ? The restaurant was extremely noisy. We were lucky and could meet our team outside, the weather was warm. Only 1 towel set for the 2 of us. Nobody reachable at he counter at this tie 22:45

Great hotel. All the staff were very friendly and customer oriented. The furnished rooms were beautiful and everything has been well thought out. The hotel is close to the airport but you won't be bothered by noise! There are plenty of parking spaces, also free of charge at the hotel in public places. It is a safe environment so this is fine. I can also book a hotel if you want to visit Dusseldorf yourself. Breakfast and dinner is good and the cook is a good cook and listens to your wishes. Price/quality is fine. We will definitely come back!
