Holiday Inn Express Neunkirchen, an IHG Hotel

easy check inn, nice and complete breakfast. Well layout of the room. Bathroom with sufficient ventilation. Parking right in front of the entrance.

I ordered a double bed. The bed was really very small (1.4m wide), and more important; the cover was way too small. There was only towels for 1 person in the bathroom. So... this was clearly not meant for 2 persons, but for 1. This should have been better. I slept 'ok', however my spouse did not, because of the small bed cover she was cold.

Hotel placed in good position for people traveling towards south Germany. Breakfast is quite good but maybe not too varied and missing hot dishes. COVID-19 rules are well applied and not invasive. WiFi works very well in the rooms. Personnel very kind and competent. Parking lot free, but uncovered and (in my case) very crowded.

There is no fridge in the room, which can be helpful for keeping food and drinks cool. Parking lot can be overcrowded and difficult to find a place.

Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices. Second time in this hotel and would definately recommend it. No negative experiences. The hotel is very centrally located and everything is about a 10 minute walk away...stores, mall, restaurants etc. Very friendly and helpful staff.

It was new and very clean and comfortable. There was parking outside the hotel. It was a good location on the outskirts of town but easy to walk into the centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing.

Most friendly welcome one could hope for. Very clean rooms, tea and coffee in room, very good breakfast and super attentive staff, gluten-free options available

No USB charging outlet in room Shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty

The rooms were spacious and the beds bigger than advertised. Everything was clean and well organised, including the facilities in the reception area. Overall a great room and great stay. Would stay again.

There was no shampoo or body wash in the showers. Just one tube of three in one attached to the wall, mine was empty but I'm sure if i had asked they would have refilled it. Maybe best to bring your own.

Close to bars and restaurants. Nice and easy to park. Interesting town as it was very industrial previously, some interesting buildings left from industrial days. Great midway stop fir Austria.

They allow dogs but have very strict rules you are suppose to crate them in rooms.

The staff was very kind and helpful, we really appreciated the customer-oriented approach. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of salted and sweet options. The room was clean and comfortable.

i would like to have a restaurant in the hotel the wifi is only 10 mb that could be a little better for the price

Convenient location close to main highway for a stop over on a drive through Europe. Easy to find, good parking facilities. Clean room. 24 hour reception and excellent breakfast. Restaurants within a few minutes walk.
