Nice enough room on ground floor close to the breakfast room, comfortable beds and opening windows. Breakfast was excellent and would recommend the restaurant for dinner. Very nice outside terrace with good views Very quiet location in the mountains with plenty of parking

Apart from one waitress the staff didnt understand English which could be an issue for some people Location is very isolated up a mountain at the end of a residential district. Definitely need a car. Rooms were basic and quite small.

The staff were very friendly and helped us with steam train tickets. Vegetarians have many options at breakfast. The hotel is very picturesque and located next to a small ski jump facility. My young daughter and I had fun and will definitely come back.

the taxi from the bahnhof costs €15. it would be nice to have a hotel shuttle. but this wasn't a big problem - the taxi driver gave us a great tour of the village :-)

The lady at check in was super nice to stay and wait. I got horrible directions from Rügen on Google maps so I had driven for four hours in the pouring rain through backroads. Deeply appreciated her kindness. Nice spacious room, good shower, extremely inexpensive. Wernigerode is amazing!

The breakfast needed some help. Huge crowd, only one server. No juice (it just trickled out). Not the best assortment of things compared to the other two locations I stayed on previous nights.

The breakfast selection was great. Complimentary sauna was easy to use and a very nice feature after a long day out. I really enjoyed getting a to choose between a little surprise or housekeeping.

It’s manageable without a car, the walk from the main station was 30 minutes with a 5 minute uphill portion. Could be challenging with luggage, also tiring after a long day out.

Stauffi liked the possibility to cook tea in his room, although he thinks the water boiler should be rinsed once in a while. He liked having the opportunity to take part in a competition in ski-jumping.

The ability of other guests to park adequately in a parking lot shows room for improvement.

Great entertainment during afternoon coffee tanks to Wernigerode Ski club training sessions 😊. Great breakfast.

Wifi was basically non-existing….. in 2022 this is no acceptable

Excellent location and pleasant hotel. Room was fine, bed extremely comfortable, and there was a great variety to try at the breakfast buffet.

I thought the Regiohotel corporate logos made the hotel look less classy. The price was at the upper end of my budget, too. That said, there weren't many alternatives on the evening of my stay.

Surrounded by nature, big parking lot, quite good breakfast.

Tiny stream of water in the shower and not very hot, the hotel is a bit far from the centre (on a hill).

I liked that the hotel was set away from the center. Staff were friendly and my stay was very comfortable.

The internet was really subpar, it often disconnected or slowed down, making it frustrating to do my online course.

Breakfast spread was extensive and was very delicious too

The hotel location is quite far from the train station. Had to walk for 30 mins and lugging a backpack didn’t make it fun either. Perhaps a shuttle service or bicycles can be provided
