I would easily rate a 10 (but I gave a maximum 9 - soundproofing issue), due to the fact that the hotel and rooms are very modern and with good quality and taste build. The place has TESLA charging stations available and parking is easy to find. The mattress was good, not to hard, not to soft.

The soundproofing of the rooms could be much better. Taking in consideration that the construction is new, you expect also to be done with better sound isolation. In the morning 6AM I could hear/understand clearly what the neighbors are talking without any yelling. Imagine how it would be with a hotel fully booked with some children.

The accommodation was amazing. Elsa was super friendly and welcomed us into the hotel in the best possible way. The hotel was extremely clean and our room was being cleaned every single day and the towels replaced. The furniture is brand new and the rooms are super comfortable with great balcony included.

The property is very new and furnished in style. The room is spacious, very clean and located in a quiet neighbourhood at the beginning of Paralia. However the location was perfect for us as it was very close to the beach club that we were visiting (5 min walk) and 15 min walk to the centre of Paralia for the night strolls. There is parking available in front of the hotel and you can literally see your car from the room's balcony. Plus Tesla chargers are available if you are coming with an electric vehicle :) We highly recommend it and we'll definitely come back again.

Clean rooms and facilities Comfortable bed Perfect communication with hosts. Very good location of Queen Elizabeth. No noise from city of Paralia Katerini. About 400 meters from beach. But it was no problem because I went to another beach 2km away from Queen Elizabeth which on wasn't crowded. To city center walk 10 minutes. If you are considering I recommend that stay.

The hotel was very clean, spotless, 10/10. Towels and bed sheets were changed regularly. Beds were comfortable. Host was great, helped us with more than it was their duty to do. I can honestly say I have stayed at 5 stars hotels that were not as clean as this place and this is very important for me.

All recommendations for this hotel. Everything is very clean, the hosts are very pleasant. The beach is not far from here, and the area where the hotel is located is very quiet and beautiful.

Very nice place, very clean, with parking spaces in front of the building (we always had where to park our car) and with a very nice, great host! Thank you for everything! P.S. I would suggest only adding a cloth dryer to the balconies, otherwise everything is great!

It would have been perfect if there was the possibilty to have breakfast or a coffee, at least.

Spacious/Clean modern New minimal room ! Very quiet area very close to the beach. Walking distance to city center. Hope return in near future !
