The accommodation has a very good and accessible location. I was able to visit most of the local attractions on foot. I received a room with a view of the street and a balcony according to the request but also with the existing availability given the period. The host was welcoming and helpful whenever we had requests. The room is spacious, bright and clean. Daily clean towels and bed made. Daily cleaning in the room. The bathroom is spacious and has everything you need. Good beds, minibar and room with a modern appearance in a beautiful house, I would say with history. The hotel provides a space where coffee and tea can be served at the table. It probably has many other facilities that I haven't accessed. I felt lucky and satisfied with the choice I made. I would definitely come back here and recommend it with love and warmth. The price was excellent. Superior accommodation conditions compared to other personal experiences.

This hotel is situated about 5 minutes walk from Aristotelous Square but still in a quiet area. The room had high ceilings and a small balcony. The AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was big enough although the shower was quite small. Coffee and tea were available all day. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone using public transport which is close by.

The packing space was very small but the hanging space was big enough with plenty of hangers. The fridge was only big enough for a couple of bottles.

A nice hotel located right next to the forum, with a nice view of it from the second floor. The market is also nearby, but one must walk about 10-15 minutes to reach the sea and the White Tower. The hotel has its own (limited) parking, and they let us leave the car there after check-out for a couple of hours, while we went to the center.

The area around the hotel was a little but narrow to navigate with a car and the hotel was hard to find. We had luck that one of the stuff members was outside so we asked him for help and he pointed us to the parking and helped us park. The room was a bit crowded for 2 adults and 2 kids, with the extra bed and crib there wasn't much room to move around.

The location is good, and you can go on foot to almost all central locations. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. There is coffee and tea available at all times. The size of the room is acceptable for the price. The building is a monument, nice to see from outside and inside.

Although sheets and towels were changed every day, the bathroom (and toilet) were not well cleaned. Attention to detail is needed. The beds were comfortable, but not comfortable enough for many hours of sleep or laying down. Better mattresses are suggested. The building has no elevator, but there is nothing that can be done about it.

This hotel is centrally located to get to all the sites. It was quiet, and the staff was most helpful with our luggage and help with booking some of our transportation. We used this place as our international stay and as a hub to get to our other destinations. We stayed in fact on three occasions during our vacation. Coffee and cookies where a plus and it was always clean, the ac worked and the amenities were as stated. The hot water was hot! I recommend this place and if we’re back in Thessaloniki we will definitely stay if they have a room.

You know you are in good hands when the lovely person who checks you in gives you a handy dandy map and explains where you are and what you can see in the area ( lots! ) Thessaloniki proud! I felt very welcome. Wonderful location Glorious fine well maintained old building with no lift ( elevator). Very helpful with luggage and everything. Excellent service and value! Clean room with a wee balcony and fridge. Perfect bathroom with a delightful shower. Comfy bed. Friendly attentive staff! Made me feel like a queen. Thank you. I will definitely go back.

There was nothing wrong.

First, the staff at the reception are amazing, very helpful. They make you feel like home, even after I checked out and had a late flight, they still make me nice frappe and let me sit for as much as I want in the reception in the air conditioning. Yanis recommended a cheap local place to eat and helped me with all instructions to take the bus to the airport.(Thank you :)) Second, location is very central, just few minutes walk to Aristotle square, sea front and all the bus stops that you will ever need to get anywhere. I felt very safe even at night. There are a lot of great affordable shops in the area, especially in the back street. The cafes could be a bit loud at night especially on weekends, but it didn't bother me much. Third, the room is very clean, wifi is strong, and air conditioning is working.

Can't think of anything that I didn't like, honestly.

We have stayed to Kastorias hotel quite a few times. The hotel is at the city centre providing easy access to the market and most of the areas of interest. The staff is very polite and the place always smells of cleanness 😊 Bonus thing is that even though this hotels doesn’t serve breakfast, they always have warm coffee, tea and biscuits available free, which is just perfect for a quick morning wake up. The most interesting part was that it was really peaceful during the night even though it is a hotel at the city centre. Also, this time the view from our room balcony was majestic, especially during the night.

We stayed 4 nights, in a light-filled room overlooking Olimpou St and the Roman Agora. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent, quiet aircon. Curtains that fully blocked the light. Quiet. Very clean room, serviced daily. Included a small fridge and good Wi-Fi, plus TV with BBC World. Staff were delightful - spoke very good English and all were ready to help in any way. Laundry service for a reasonable price. Excellent location, near to key sites and museums with many good places nearby for drinks, food and watching the world go by.

Nothing - renovated modern bathroom was clean with good water pressure but could benefit from extra hooks or shelving.

Clean, spacious, updated room and bathroom. Clean common areas available including a dining area with a few tables, coffee & tea (free), and a sitting room with TV & computer, free wifi. Excellent location within walking distance of historical sites & ruins, museums, restaurants, and shopping. We stayed here in early October 2022.

There is no elevator so rooms are only accessible by stairs. No parking facilities, so finding street parking is very difficult. We happened upon a parking spot by the hotel entrance, and didn't move our vehicle during our entire stay. Pillows were way too soft/flat, even when using multiple pillows (but this happened at other hotels throughout our trip). Cigarette smoke from the restaurant on the ground floor at the front of this hotel, can drift into the room if you open the french-doors for fresh air. Charge for bottled water.
