Hotel Garzon Plaza

The property communicated clearly and concisely on booking.com. The front desk employees were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable with an infant. The breakfast including was versatile and tasty, the staff was quick to help with issues with machines and refill things if the plates were empty. We went to the hotel's restaurant too and not only the food was amazing, the waiters were friendly and approachable.

The bathroom could have been cleaner (at least on places that are not visible on the first glance, like under the sink, something fell off and I had to look under it and had to clean it quite). But it was not "dirty" but more like spider webby-dusty.

- Toilet was working very strange, after flushing there were every time very strange sounds somewhere under the floor and then shower started to fountain a water (hopefully regular water….). Something is definitely wrong with the sewage - Air in the room was always stuffy, we had to keep windows open regardless to the cold outside (can imagine it in the summer, but it was strange end od March) - Hotel’s restaurant seems for me expensive for such location

- Perfect customer service - communication with the hotel electronically and with employees on site. - Super breakfast (including fresh orange juice and lángos :-) ) - Accessibility to the center using public transport is perfect - Quality health massages - Very comfortable beds and large rooms - Possibility of parking right next to the hotel - We will certainly use the hotel's services again in the future

- The cleanliness of the whirlpool was not optimal. Otherwise, however, all areas and rooms are perfectly clean - Walking distance from the center (but excellent access to public transport)

We stayed only for one night, since we were just passing by. The hotel was easy to reach, with own parking spaces and in an area with supermarkets, shopping mall and a McDonald's right across the street. If you have time for relaxing, it offers a swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna and massage. The room we stayed in was quite small, but well equipped and the bathroom quite large. In the room you can find a minibar, kettle, coffee & tea. The breakfast is good, wit a variety of cold and warm food and beverages. I would recommend the hotel without hesitation.

We had to move the fridge to get to the electric socket and discovered dirt in the corners of the room, that looked quite old. Overall the room was clean, but there were some corners, that seemed forgotten.

Excellent aspect of the building in the interior, with big rooms and extra-facilities (spa pool). Elevator available even for two floors served. Good location, easy reachable. Nice furniture, new bed linen and towels. Very simple air condition facility, just choosing the desired temperature from a rotating button. Gorgeous breakfast, really impossible to taste everything offered, good quality food, including orange juice mechanical juicer to prepare ourselves the fresh. Parking place reserved acoording to our request. Exceptional staff at reception and breakfast zone: polite, available and efficient. Good restaurant at the hotel ground with some places on the terrace, with excellent meals (although, quite expensive).

The ventilation of the bathroom was deficitary, only a hole above the toilet, without a forced air flowing facility. The light was switched from behing the door, which was not at all practical. The air conditioning unit was quite noisy, we had to stop it when going to sleep. Placed near a McDonalds drive-in, so quite noisy (however, the windows were very well insulating from the environmental sounds).

The staff is very nice, the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good.

The SPA center is pretty small, the swimming pool is small and you can only find two lounge chairs. Also, the jacuzzi (whirlpool) is small, not all jets were working and there was a bad smell. The hotel looks nice but I would not rate it as a 4 star hotel and also the price was too high for what was offered.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. We used it as a pit stop on our road trip and we were thrilled with it. We got there one hour before the closing of the swimming area and we refreshed ourselves after 10h of sitting in the car. The room was very clean and well equipped (microwave, fridge, stove). It was a great experience and the money spent here were money well spent.

It was a bit stressful to park as the hotel is next to a restaurant and a McDonald's and a KFC, but we managed at the end. Would have been great to have had a sponge and dish soap in the kitchen. But nothing of this made our stay worse.

Very polite staff - As part of the reservation we forgot to add 1 additional child for the room, but they didn't make any problem about it, and gladly added 1 more person for the room. Also all questions were happily answered to us. Comfy room. Nice breakfast

The streets around the hotel were full of holes, so you need to drive very carefully. The bed was a little bit old and not so comfy. The water drain from one of the bathroom sinks was completely blocked and created a little mess that we needed to clean up. We stayed only 1 night and arrived very late after long travel, so we didn't need such surprise :) But on the positive side, after reporting in the morning, they immediately sent a repair technician to fix it.

Only one glass of champagne is welcome, but must be drunk only in the hotel restaurant, but if you don't drink in the restaurant, you will immediately get a plastic cup ,For me, the hotel is big but loses the feeling of being welcomed by plastic glasses,no welcome drink better

We picked this hotel because we were touring by car, and wanted a location that was easy to get in and out of, with free parking, for an overnight stay. We were very pleasantly surprised to find such a modern and clean hotel, and our superior room was spacious and comfortable. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast which included a wide variety of well prepared food.

We did not experience any problems with this hotel.
