The Ummed Ahmedabad Airport

Breakfast 6:30 would be nice. Staff unresponsive, not friendly. Manager Ashish Rai is awesome and friendly. Tea is horrible. Birch Muesli is awesome, Indian section good selection and Gujarati food display excellent ( I just stuck on Birch Muesli for health options). Need to work on Masala Chai.

Masala Chai. Everyday different taste. No consistency. Couldn’t finish half a cup. Horrible. Lots of late night check in Kids running around 2-3pm ringing the door bell woke up 3 times in 7 night stay. Lockers issues called the security 3-4 times to fix. Instructions horrible and ripped off. Security Sonu very polite.

Unexpectedly excellent hotel. Very unassuming on Booking.com so we had not expected it to be very good. Were only there overnight so decided to book the only hotel which looked good near the airport. Breakfast was an excellent adequate spread

The Hotel is well maintained and clean. Rooms are good and well appointed. Staff is couteous and helpful. Location for us was good as we had work visit to Gandhinagar, which is near from the Hotel Ummed Location. Food at the restaurant was good. The Breakfast spread was very good.

Swimming Pool was under Repair / Construction and hence could not use the same.

Breakfast was superb and very tasty.

We wrote the email but did not get the specific reply Chicken curry was excellent but chicken was undercooked. All non vegetarian dish should be well cooked and soft succulent. Mr Asutosh was very helpful and provided good care plus chef did try to help.

Beautiful property . Great customer service by guards and doorman . Good food and .

Reception staff is not up to hotel standards .need more training in hospitality and basic etiquette.

the proximity of the property is good for travellers, near to airport. We’ve observed they were following covid protocols with temperature check and other related. The staff was super helpful, special thanks to Sachin who supported us with early check-in and was very courteous. The food portion was sufficient for a couple and tasted delicious, frankly I was not expecting it to be so yum!

Everything was nice, nothing to complain.

Was clean and comfortable and with all amenities of a 4 star hotel, dinner was great and breakfast as well but missing real coffee

I hated that when I was about to check out they obliged me to get my photograph taken there and then, with their iPad. There is NO government rule saying that, not Union government ar least. Is totally against privacy and I bet it is to harvest data for facial recognition.

staff attitude and way of talking - you can’t expect this from a five star hotel - specially the lady from the reservation team - bad behaviour and less focus on work - felt like we’re buying vegetables from the hotel

reception staff is rude towards customer, busy in there own jokes don’t bother that customer is waiting on desk for there reply unprofessional behaviour

room was not ready and keys were given to us morning dental kit was used which was missin toothbrush

Coming from Australia and staying just a day/night i felt heavenly. Fantastic. Your room took me off, not an iota of stale smell. Stupendous. Keep up the good work 👏
