Taj Krishna

Our recent stay at Taj Krishna Hotel was truly exceptional. The staff's exceptional hospitality, from a warm check-in to attentive service, made our visit memorable. The recently refurbished room exuded splendid ambiance, marrying tasteful decor with sophistication. The lunch buffet showcased diverse, quality dishes, providing an enjoyable dining experience. Promptly accommodating our request for a baby crib highlighted the hotel's attentiveness to families. A surprise anniversary cake added a personal touch. In summary, our Taj Krishna stay surpassed expectations, offering impeccable hospitality, a luxurious ambiance, and culinary excellence. Highly recommended.

Nice rooms, nice lobby, very friendly staff, everything is clean, etc. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The location is rather central, which is a plus (but you should be aware that traffic in this city is crazy and there is not much you can safely reach by walking...).

The club sandwich and the Caesar salad do not have much in common with the original dishes known from Western countries. However, when in India, you should do as the Indians do anyway and enjoy the local food, which is very good.

It has always been a pleasure to stay at Taj. They define hospitality.

I am surprised at some of the guests' behavior. Some of the guests were speaking pretty loudly over their cell phone in the corridors. I was at the check in counter. Another guest just comes to the counter and stands next to me, listening to every conversation I am having with the check in person. I think Taj staff should ask (politely) the guest to please stay back and you will be attended to when your turn comes. I wanted to check out and I am waiting for my turn. Other guests were just jumping ahead to talk to the staff at the counter.

Ambience in main lobby and general areas is aesthetic , lovely traditional style welcome,, fast check-in, reception staff cooperative and quick . Comfortable bed, housekeeping team prompt in response . Travel desk car availability is good.

Breakfast spread was decent. But did not live upto the Taj expectation, Taj Ahmedabad was a superior experience in terms of overall ambience, room size and decor, breakfast with live music and better variety. Taj Krishna guest rooms are dull. No indoor games facility.. Travel desk rates are steep .

The breakfast is very tasty,Very courtesy service, Fast service,Great Food,Ms Paro is exceptional and all staff is very nice and good,Fresh food and ready to cook n serve.The Manager Mr Sanjib Antony is a very nice professional manager,Along with Reception staff, Mr Ajay from House keeping,Make u r stay more meaningful and pleasant,They tried going extra mile to keep the Guest happy and pleasant,I wish them all the best n Good luck for the exceptional Service,I will visit again Taj Krishna,,,,Thanks you all for providing me great service.

Doing great and nothing to recommend all well verse with the Duty and service,Very personal attention and nice service to all customers,The best Service and food.

Fantastic customer service, friendly staff and very good food, especially their Chinese restaurant Golden restaurant. The staff made such a wonderful effort to welcome my son and I that we extended our stay. Highly recommended

The swimming pool tiles are missing in places and around the edge of the pool, which has caused some cuts to our feet and when exiting the pool. The only reason why I haven’t awarded full scores for the hotel is due to the fact that you can hear your neighbours, as the sound travels through the walls

Everything is just so cool..starting from the warm welcome at the entrance to the check out..taj krishna makes sure their guests feel at home everytime..love the whole vibe of the property..always and forever my all time favourite place to stay.special mention to..tehseen at the reception ..she had upgraded us to a suite..as it was a birthday celebrtion..big thanks to her for her sweet and unforgettable gesture.not to forget neeha as well..she was very professional in taking care of us and guided us to our rooms.thanks a lot.the dinner and breakfast was the most delicious.taj krishna is the best always !!!

Nothing to not like about

We had an amazing time here at the Taj Krishna. We stayed up at the club level and can tell you the staff is wonderful! They are all knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well attended. We enjoyed the included breakfast buffet each morning and found it to be above and beyond, with incredible food and selection, as well as the same level of staff attention and knowledge. This will be our choice when we come back to Hyderabad.

The property was very beautiful and glamorous. Food was delicious and overall the hotel was very nice and clean. I appreciated the design of the building and the friendliness of the staff. There were multiple options for restaurants, room service was kind, live music was a plus. Overall, great experience!

I was very disappointed to find a small cockroach in our room on the headboard as we were sleeping. I imagine this is a very rare experience to have, as I know others who have visited this hotel often without any bug issues. In this case, the small cockroach jumped on us and woke us up, making us nervous for more in the room. Thankfully, we didn't find any more. Otherwise, our stay was great!

Location and property build. Mr. Dominic F&B was exemplary in his service. He remembers your likes and ensures you feel at home and very helpful. The front office staff also very helpful and hospitable

Though I stay regularly there for over 3 years, the staff, doesn’t remember any standing instructions like not to change linen, towels without my request. Or not to put too much spice etc.
