The staff at most Marriott properties are well trained. They understand customer requirements and act accordingly. Even un this property Anand made check-in and bill settlement easy and convenient. Gayatri at Aanara though a trainee was warm and helpful. Vikas the chef was excellent with the starters I had. Kanha at the Cafe was extremely attentive to diners’ need and a smart lad. The bartender was great too! With limited raw materials he was running a decent bar. Accommodating my last minute laundry request was a great help. Thank u

No non- Vegetarian options Choice of wines was extremely limited

The breakfast buffet was exceptional . More important is the cordiality and genuine hospitality at the restaurant. Special mention about Ankita who took extra care to pack some fruits etc for our trip. Also, the Duty Manager Simpi Tiwari was exceptional in terms of her taking care of guests. Overall, a big thumbs up to the management for an excellent feeling of welcome and caring to the guests.

The room size becomes a constraint when we have 3 guests- my mother in law and two of her attendants. Two queen size beds filled up the room. Also, one of the afternoons, there was loud blaring of music from a marriage function at the lawns below. This has to be avoided by management.

Everything about this property was top notch. Starting with whatsapp communication with DUTY MANAGER ANAND - He was exceptional. Arranged pick up from Airport. Prompt Communications. Helped arranged tours to MAHAKAL and UJJAIN and OMKARESHWAR. Vikash / Bharat / Laxmi / Giri / Saya -- were exceptional . Lovely hospitality. Food outstanding. Rooms amazing. Right from the doorman to the chef to the wait staff - everyone had a smile on their face and were warm.

Nothing really. Things were just flawless.

The stay was good, food was good. The staff was courteous especially Mr. Giriraj at the front desk was very courteous and also good the room ready before our arrival. The rooms were of good size. Overall the property is nice for stay

The only issue was the location it was a bit away from the main city. Also in the restaurant the staff was limited so getting food was taking time.

Location. easy access to the property. Warm and lovely big hearted welcome of our 3 families by Mr. Ayan and Ms. Shahida was unforgettable. A day before Independence Day was my birthday and Ms. Shahida had taken a lot care to decorate my room with freshly prepared Chefs special cake. There was a grand celebration on Independence Day and we participated with consent of Mr. Vajpai. He found a very humble person with a giant heart. We roamed about more than 18 countries but this hospitality and personal care was unremarkable.

The access to Swimming pool. You need to go through reception only. No other alternate route.

Breakfast was very good. The staff were very helping, always smiling and very friendly. Services were very prompt. Whenever we demanded something extra like a chair in room for friends to seat together, it was immediately done. Front desk manager, Mr Vinit was very helpful and friendly, so were the rest.

There could have been few sign boards to show the way to reception, which we found difficult on the first day as the property is very big. Some repetition of items in the food could have been avoided.

Hotel is very good and built on Inidan Style taj Mahal Staff are very good, thank you for the people on reciption Sayan and Disha Shief in the resturant are very polit

The hotel is far away from City center, almost outside the city on the high way from airport it is like 45 min, fitness center is very small and few equipement , maximum for 3 people

the food at the buffet is always a big disappointment. you should concentrate on a few dishes only. it will be better for the planet as there won’t be so much waste food. it is sad to see all the buffet full of food at 11pm that will be thrown away… we have to think differently now with what happens on the planet… this is also your role to explain that to your guests !

Excellent breakfast, appreciate the Chef meeting us to find out if the meal is up to our liking & suggested additional Indori cuisines to try. Very well attended by restaurant staff 'Abhijit' who was kind enough to assist with our meal requirements and provided an excellent proficient service. Housekeeping was also spot on & immediately after our check in came to enquire if we are comfortable & any requirement.

Unavailability of Non-Veg food in the Hotel.

The breakfast buffet is amazing! The staff members are so friendly. The smiling faces and welcoming atmosphere, would love to revisit. The housekeeping staff would make different flower decor on the bed everyday. Loved it!

The cleaning work in the swimming pool and the staff member there was a bit inconsiderate of the fact that children need to be accompanied with adults in the pool.
