Comfortable bed, nice staff. Effective air con and fan.
Really struggled to find it but member of staff ended up coming to find us. Wi-Fi went down and staff, despite their best efforts, were unable to sort. Rooms on bus station side are very noisy and not sure it was necessary for us to be on that side as hotel was nearly empty. Food overpriced for amount you get.

Very kind and helpful hotel staff. Rooms are clean as are the washrooms. Location is close to bus stand.
Rooms don't have electric kettle. One must walk 20 steps to reach the hotel so not suitable for elderly guests.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and as per description.
To the people who run the place: Please do not add parking to your facility list when all you have are steps leading to your property or a narrow alley. The hotel was very hard to find, the contact number listed doesn't pick up the phone. There isnt even a board to tell you where the hotel is. The location is different on Google and booking.com

It was a lodge and not a hotel. It did not have a car parking. I had to park in car parking which was chargeable. It wasn’t worth. It’s my second bad experience with Bookings.com My experience with Airbnb is much much better
