everything was ok but there is an hot water issue on the shower, so we are checking out one ay before.

The staff was welcoming and able to help and guide for everything. They were very hospitable and we had a very comfortable stay. They provided a refreshment room for us after the check out for us to get refreshed before we catch our bus.

Some improvements can be done on fit finish of the room. The room we got for deluxe booking was little smaller than we expected would have loved a relatively larger room for the tariffs charged.

We stayed for 4 days. The first impression is always spl like that way the manager at reception was very polite allowed us to check-in, for a free early check-in. 2. Room was good, neat, and also with a kettle to heat the drinking water. 3. View from the balcony was too good and we can sit there on the bench to see the view+coffee 4. Breakfast was good. 5. Geyser is there. 6. When we checked out the next day morning at 11, we requested a room for refreshment evening by 6, he said ok politely and also provided room to stay for 1/2hr. Very impressed 7. Overall we can enjoy the trip, climate and also day in the room.

they need to maintain clean in dinning area , atleast they should provide clean plate for breakfast. The plates should be clean throughly to ingore the bad smell.

Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. Tv works. However there was not much facility in the room because they said we had got a discounted price! The restaurant only serves breakfast and is ok.

Rooms on one side can be noisy with all the hustle bustle. We had to request a change of room to be on the quieter side.

I didn't find anything bad about the property in fact I was surprised by the negative reviews of this property on booking.com The rooms are spacious and clean, washrooms are clean and tidy and the staff is really amazing.

If I have to be extremely picky I'll say we weren't able to get the food here in the hotel itself that to because their kitchen is renovating as of now. Otherwise everything was amazing

The staff behaviour was really awesome. I have never experienced this much guest handling staffs. they are very polite and respectful moreover the check in and check out experience was really awesome

The restaurant service was not markable. Lack of planning on food quantity maintenance

I will definitely recommend this place to my friends if they visit Kodaikanal then they should stay there. I am very happy with their services. Everything except food..Need to improve quality and cleanliness of food

Food availability was very late..and there is no variety of food available

Rooms are neat and clean with all basic amenities. Some of the rooms have a nice valley view of the part of Kodai city from the balcony. They have an in-house kitchen and the provided food was of good quality and taste. Mr.Godwin and the room service staff is a gentle and enthusiastic guy who is at the service round the clock.
