During my stay at this hotel, I had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all of my needs were met. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness center and a delicious breakfast spread. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. Breakfast was very good with many choices. Staff members went out of their way to be very helpful to us whenever we needed any help, such as to get a rickshaw or a taxi, and to go down the steps because I had an injured foot.

The airconditioning was difficult to figure out and we could not turn it off. We ended up removing the key card to turn all lights off to turn off the airconditioner. In general the light switches were not well-placed or well-marked for easy use.

Very very big Thank you to Anil, he was so pleasant, and caring, my wife and I loved and looked forward for the evening sweets, even 5 star properties don't do such things, really really enjoy our stay and will definitely be booking again as I travel frequently to Mumbai

First day I got down for breakfast and said "good morning" to 3 of the staff, the response was "room number" Communication and grooming needs improvement.

The room was well done and very clean, the staff were super helpful and very friendly

I wish they would pay attention to cleaning of the lift l. It was clear either they did not clean or did not lay attention when cleaning- it smelled cockroach excrement!

Cooperative front desk lady shreya. Quite accomodative.

Charged my card twice w.out me present at the desk or authorisation. Unprofessional. Complained them many times. Kept on promising they will call for resolution,but never did. And i had to follow up always. Even after 2 weeks, status of 2nd swipe on card stays hanging with my card co.

If I had to pick one thing, I would say the staff. Starting with Pradeep at the reception. Most helpful, pleasant and ready to assist. Next come Shifa at the coffee shop. She is smart, efficient, well spoken. A star of your property. I like the rooms. I like the size of the rooms. But things are a little run down and need to be refurbished. The shower area drainage was not very efficient. I think some cleaning and a paint job is required. However, overall, the property is perfectly located and good value for money. I will come back again. Good going.

complicated procedure for booking. they randomly told us that our booking doesn’t exist. inspite of booking way in advance. we were stranded for 2 hrs just to get this completed. location is good. plenty of food options walking distance. close to Lokhandwala market.

Excellent food, highly recommend the Global Buffet in their Miro restaurant. Hotel is small but very clean and modern. Prices are very reasonable considering the location and quality of food

Parking is limited

Hotel location is good, the staff is friendly and the service was great.

Room needs a refresh, especially the bathroom, as it is quite dated.
