Country Inn & Suites By Radisson Navi Mumbai

I was curious to see Navi Mumbai and get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Mumbai. I was pleasantly surprised and would stay in the area again and especially the hotel. Special thanks to Swapnil for helping me with the trains to get to Mumbai. He was very professional and informative about getting around the city. Really loved the breakfast and dinner. Service was exception as well! Thanks Vinod & Ashish and Bhopa!

Would have liked to have swim in the pool but the water was a bit chilly. Honestly can't think of anything else that was negative. If you want to go back and forth to Mumbai , it might not be the best place for you to stay.

Unlike my previous stay, this time we were greeted with fresh linen and towels, smear-free windows, and impeccable in-room services. The breakfast was good. The gym and pool area were neat and clean. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the gym was stocked with disinfectant wipes, hydrogen peroxide spray, and a first aid box.

No medicines, such as painkillers or ORS, are available at the reception. When asked about it, I was told that they do not stock medicine ever since one patron developed an allergic reaction to some medicine! The lunch buffet was not great (both in terms of taste and spread). The dinner buffet was much better. Food items delivered to the rooms were disproportionately priced.

The Radisson has one of the best South Indian Breakfast. Made to order Dosas, Uttapams were prepared by the Chef fresh and very tasty. We liked the sambar and chutneys. We enjoyed the Masala Tea. The Mosaic Restaurant also had local dishes available. Fruit selection (Watermelon, Pineapple and Papaya) was cool and very tasty. Plenty of bottled water was freely available at no extra cost. The restaurant manager was always welcoming and looking after us. Staff were friendly and always available to help when needed. In room dinning service was on time and the item sizes were adequate. Housekeeping staff were helpful in providing fresh towels, bottled water as well as Tea/Coffee related amenities. Our room was cleaned every day. Reception staff and duty manager were helpful with arranging local transport (OLA cabs). Security staff always helps with getting the OLA cabs by talking to the drivers.

The check-in was seamless and very easy. I requested for the room almost 5 hours early and the staff was happy to accept it, which definitely made my stay far more comfortable. The food / breakfast was included. It was a good variety of more than 20 items including both continental and indian. Very tasty indeed. The staff was very polite was courteous right from front desk, the restaurant everyone :) Thanks a bunch

The bathtub was clogging water. So it didn't feel very good taking shower. The showerhead was non-adjustable and to be used as hand held shower only. So it was a bit incovenient As I was staying only for 1 night, it didn't matter to me for someone else it could be an issue.

I love Radisson group hotels. The room was nice and clean and had all the amenities

The floor was stinking really bad. Also, on day 1 when I left to go out, they housekeeping entered my room and cleaned it without notifying me. I was not expecting any housekeeping visitation so had kept my valuables outside, I did not like this particular behaviour, made me feel nervous and scared that they may come again without notifying me.

My overall stay was excellent, rooms were clean and comfortable. All staffs were friendly from the security to front desk to the dinning area. Food was awesome, every thing they served was tasty no complaints at all. I have left my comments on their website as well as i was very pleased with my stay and will visit again. For Room dinning when we pay they dont give receipts at the same time, we have to pick it at the time of checkout and this created a bit of Chaos...so i request them to handover the second copy as and when client pays the amount.

Fabulous Stay, great spacious rooms and bathrooms with superb amenities. Nice Indoor Gaming area. Awesome Breakfast Buffet - they accommodated very nicely for my little one's breakfast demands.

The Curtains should cover the window full, it wasn't on one side, please work on that alignment as sun was too sharp as your rooms are either West or East facing.

Breakfast was good , house keeping staff was good dimpi was prompt in the services at thr time of breakfast

I asked for towel at the pool side , I had to personally go to the spa there one gentlemen was sitting at the reception I asked him can u help me with a towel , I don't know whom he called but I didn't receive the towel had to go wet only n it was a bit mess in the lift because of water....same thing happened next morning also as no one was there for the pool towel service....also on 18th night at 1am i tried calling up the front desk it was not received, instead housekeeping was promt in receiving the calls,.. also the calls are received at their own ample time where as it should be received in first three rings

I am very happy with the front desk, especially a particular lady. She helped me check in and also upgraded my room due to having a higher tier Accor membership. She was kind enough to spare some time to give recommendation places to get basic necessities as well as malls (my favourite) Kudos to the hotel but the room condition can be improve. Location is convenient for me in terms of going to factory

Particularly my room has faulty shower & bathtub. Fitness center at level 5 is a small one with limited equipments. To be specific - 2 treadmill, a peck& back machine and dumbells. Would've expected more from a 4 star hotel. A bit far from city centre. nearest is Vashil or Ghansoli.

If you are planning for a business trip or a trip to NAVI MUMBAI, I strongly suggest you to consider COUNTRY INN & SUITES by Radisson. Overall the hotel is great and you will find what you are looking for in it. Staff are really nice especially Mr. Paresh Bhanushali (the night shift receptionist), he is really polite and nice and will guide you to whatever you want to know. May God bless him.
