Reception staff very nice to deal with. Location convenient
Mini bar fridge not cold, and the payment process was very disappointing. Tried a few times with multiple cards but the eftpos machine would not process payment. Withdrawing cash to pay cost and extra AUD$40. Reception staff seemed concerned but management over the phone was very dismissive of the issue and not at all apologetic.

Love the location and enjoyed our stay. The room has charm of colonial time and facilities of modern times. Bathroom was clean and the breakfast was delicious
The approach area just before entering the hotel is a mess which gave us a little scare but once inside the hotel we were happy with our choice

Staff was willing to help when I asked for assistance. It was a walking distance from the test center I was using.
The hot water in my room did not flow the second day but I was leaving so I informed them. I'm sure it would be fixed for the next guest.

The hotel is located in a central place in Delhi, which makes it easy to access other parts of the city by metro or taxi. There is a good culinary offer in the surrounding area. I needed to check in early and despite I had to wait for a few hours as they were fully booked, they allowed me into my room as soon as someone checked out.
It was noisy during the evenings; I think due to being next to a bar with live music which could be heard from the room. The access to the hotel is a bit dodgy for European standards.

Breakfast was simple but tasty and they are flexible when I requested early. Staff is amazing and hospitable trust worthy. The only issue is the people outside the hotel.
Just a tip do not be entertained on some online promotions if you are seeking for pleasure around the area most of them are scam.
