Hotel Ramhan Palace

1. the room is not sound proof. I could hear the persons in the next room. 2. the A/C was so so. but with the fan running the temperature in the room was comfortable. 3. booking.com had showed the room has a city view. from my window, I could only see the wall of the next building which was about three feet away.

The room was clean and comfortable. Very close to the airport making our early morning departure stress free.

They were doing renovations so the entrance looked more like the reception of a construction site. Don’t worry though the rooms are great. Wouldn’t recommend using as a base to explore Delhi though as quite far from the main sites.

We stayed in this hotel for the first time. Bathroom was clean and bedroom neat and clean, stay was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing each and every facility from airport to Hotel was great staff was welcoming.

An UNDERRATED hotel with extremely friendly and accommodating managers/ staff. Mr. Pavin, Mr. Rohit and specially Mr. Vipen are always available to help and offer assistance. I appreciate this type of of hotel, quite straightforward. They are NOT creating complications to the guests which is making the guests to feel at home. The bellboy Angkit was very energetic. In general, all staff including the driver, Moti and security guards were very energetic and adequate. It's a decent place to stay with a good value for money. Corridors are fully carpeted with romantic ambience due to the lighting. Modern lift/ elevator. The rooms are very spacious, quiet, clean/ neat, well- lit and plenty of wall plugs. Mini bar and aircondition are working well. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. My husband I rented 2 rooms (interconnected rooms) for 2 weeks and we're very happy on it. We had enough space to walk and do stretching with my yoga mat. Good breakfast with reasonable price. I like poori bhaji from the breakfast. The hotel has a good and huge variety of foods to offer. Bhuna gosht, mutton biryani & gosht rogan josh were my favorite from the non-vegie meal. There is an inhouse restaurant and bar. In the beginning we were having an internet connection problem but were fixed immediately the issue. Overall, we had a very good experience staying at Hotel Ramhan Palace!!! We would definitely stay in this hotel again. Ramhan is our "home" in Delhi. HIghly recommended!!!

property is neatly located in a very nice and busy neighborhood. good for shoppers like my family. Prem was a very nice person. always ask for him when you are getting your room serviced. breakfast was good and so was dinner reception guy Manoj, and the other glass brother whose name I forgot were very friendly. the family room was spacious and wonderfully organized.

when I first came, I was mistreated thinking I was an indian, but alas once found I am a foreigner, the situation changed very quickly. the food delivered to room always came with another set of price, not the ones mentioned in the book. always late delivery of food… I did not get what I paid for… the suite looked like an average room, with only a big bed…what the picture showed was nothing what I got… AC takes time to cool the room, does not entirely chill, which I needed… prices are high, not something nice… overall, I had a good experience

Great to have a taxi pick up from the airport. Good welcome - although we did have to pay when checking in. Lovely room. Breakfast was ok.

BUT I’m convinced we didn’t have a Deluxe room that I upgraded to. The room just didn’t match the description. I did ask but was assured it was the right room. Service in the restaurant was very poor. At times multiple tables were waving for attention. The music is a nice idea but so loud - you couldn’t talk to each other while eating. It would be good to have a bar that you sit in and chat

The rooms are super comfortable. Food was delicious with great service. Check in was smooth and fast. I have never seen the attentiveness of the staff like here. Location is nice near to the Delhi Airport and Aerocity metro. It was totally a very friendly stay over their.

Staff! Mr. Royech and Mr. Virados (I hope that I write names well) were extremely kind and helpful. The restaurant (with the menu) was pretty good. At night you have live music (except one day in the week). Prices were exceptional, and the food was good. They have slightly spicy food, not just Indian (very spicy and hot).

Room cleaning. They do it when you are in the room (or just take a trash can). If you leave early, you have to ask reception when coming back. Hopefully, kindly staff resolved it even in the afternoon.

Its under 5 km from airport T2, even closer from T3. Food takes time as its aa laa carte, but its good. Non veg and veg both options. Have live orchestra else music is played. Good staff, reasonable price. You can get breakfast included but lunch/dinner is to be paid. People from outside could also come and eat at restaurant. Outside does not look so good but inside is very nice ambience. Room lock key gets deactivated at 12 noon automatically which is only downside. You have to activate to lock the room keep a tab on this rest is good.

Auto disable the lock is something they need to work on. Cause if you are out of room or inside and door can be opened by anyone after 12:00 (which by the way is checkout time for all).

We had interconnected rooms for our young family of 4, so us parents were able to have some space. The beds are extremely comfortable. Soft and springy. The A/C and Fan work extremely well. There is decent wifi and lots of hot water for bathing and showering. The food/room service is excellent. The hotel staff from front desk to restaurant to porters have been very pleasant and accommodating. It is close to the airport so it very convenient but once in the room you are not disturbed. We will definitely be staying here again before we fly out of Delhi.

The location is a bit removed from the centre of town, but Tuk Tuks are affordable.
