Jaypee Siddharth Hotel

I was in Delhi for a conference. The room was comfortable with a desk for working and a view of the local area. The breakfast restaurant was good with a egg station. It also doubled as a cafe for lunch and dinner if you didn't want to use the main restaurants on the first floor. There was also a Tapas bar. There was a bakery shop with magnificent cakes, slices and desserts. The pool had day lounges under cover from the sun. There were a couple of fairly lavish Indian weddings in the function room and poolside during my stay. The lady's saris were amazing with so many beautiful colors.

Not a lot except whenever we arrived back (by shuttle bus from the conference) we had to put our bags on a screening conveyor and be screened. It seems all the hotels in Delhi screen all people entering the premises.

Personal who took our luggage to the room he just was concerned up to the tip ,took his tip and did not care to my requested service, the Lobby manager does not say welcome or Namestay but moves like a owner of the Facility and felt different than VIVANTA where we stayed in Bhuvneshwar, and in ITC Maurya we stayed after this Hotel. Your staff does not easily pickup phone and when phone was answered it says no vacancy, or pick up and they quote very high price, but I found at the same time ,online lots of availability and price reasonable on line than the ridiculous price lobby manager quoted me. Lobby manager seemed unhappy that he had to honor my booking.

Overall a luxurious and comfortable stay with all the amenities expected from a 5 star hotel

The cost that is being charged for being 5 Star hotel is not justified. Compared to other 5 star hotels which give superior accommodation and experience it still needs upgradation & improvements.the room I stayed ,the washroom shower was not working so couldn't use. Menu in breakfast is not so elaborate with only a limited options. Overall it's okay.

Rooms were good size and comfortable. Good choices good and staff very accommodating.

We were unable to use the pool area, picked the hotel because it had outside areas but was not told it was closed until beginning of March.

Clean n hygienic, cooperative staff, prompt action taken on any need, good experience

I have been staying at Jaypee Siddharth hotel recently every time I have visited Delhi. In every room that I have occupied, I have found the plug points to be not working properly. I have informed Ms Shweta Verma, Senior Manager and she has assured me that it will be taken care of immediately

They provide us rom with two single bed. And they didn’t provide room with a double bed even after making request .. and tea was almost not hot and they charged for the same even after assuring not to charge cost of tea .

The hospitality and courtesy offfered by the staff in the HK, Coffee shop and Front desk was excellent, however the lady in saree during check in can be more friendly and smile more, she was just plain in her expression.

Room offered for the first time visitor, could have been better than 101 for 3 nights.

Beddings materials were not clean. I suggest to change it in front of the guest - the fresh ones. Make it a practice.

Cleanliness in Bathroom, in toilet seat and Bathtub. Ensure it's cleanliness in the presence of guest.

It was excellent experience to be there in jaypee. I have seen many hotels but this was amazing and good hospitality. I want to thank jaypee for wonderfully outstanding comfort stay. Regards Raghavendra

Room facing Metro lines, nice breakfast , staffs were very cordial and supportive fulfilling all requirements front desk was courtesies,

head pillow were too high , everybody can not sleep with so high pillow, for senior person or with a person with high blood pressure can not sleep with high pillow. Suggested for to keep one small and low head pillow may be kept in cupboard as option who may need
