Very welcoming staff. Reception manager Raj had rung me earlier to confirm time of arrival. He also suggested timings to visit the Golden Temple and arranged a taxi for us. He also kindly went way above expectation and assisted us on the day of departure when we had our bus cancelled the night before rebooked then received multiple confusing texts! He also rang us later to make sure we had got on the bus ok. Breakfast was well catered for all residents. Fruit platter in room on arrival nice touch.

There was an issue with the cleaning however when escalated this was promptly dealt with satisfactorily. No hairdryer in the room ( but I didn’t ask reception for one so it wasn’t an issue). Fragrant drains intermittently in the bathroom

I am frequent visitor in vellore. I have stayed in other star catagory hotels , but this hotel is awesome. There are lots of things for which my family found this place most friendly , but specially the ever smiling and well behaved staff. Thirumal and Praveen in housekeeping are exceptional. Neat and clean rooms, excellent room services. Front office person is very friendly and cooperation was exceptional. Food is awesome, I think they have the best varieties of food in vellore, as we are from bengal our family is not used to local varieties, but this chef is so good that everytime asked about our taste and recipes and done accordingly with an utmost care. I would prefer people from Northeast should choose this hotel for homely food preparation. Exceptional hotel 🏨 👌.

I am frequently visiting vellore. I have stayed here earlier. But this time noticed issue with cleanliness. But the staff are very corporative so with their smiles they tried to overcome this issues but I think they should check the issues of cleanliness, neither .

The breakfast was sumptous with local food being the main focus. Coffee was exceptionally great!! Very enjoyable breakfast setting, everything as you would like it. The Menu was also slightly different for different days. Really enjoyed.

Should have a smoking area or a room

Decent property, decent room and easy access to the highways.

Non working bathroom door lock, traffic ridden approach road to the hotel (very close to a traffic signal) and frequent AC cuts in the room. Not exactly value for money for what's on offer.

The breakfast was good. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were very accommodative and helpful. We were to check out by 12 noon but since the our train was later in the afternoon, Mr Rajendran at the reception permitted us to stay for an extra couple of hours at no additional cost. A very nice gesture.

Well maintained premises. Centrally located. Room was very clean. We stayed there for one night and glad we chose this place. Best breakfast . Last but not the least, super courteous staff. They made sure we a very comfortable and nice stay.

Overall very good comfortable hotel. Around 6-8 km from VIT, so auto will charge 200-250 rs for one trip. Staff was very good and helpful.

I couldnt get appam which i wanted to taste. Egg briyani was not upto my expectations.

Breakfast is good and main center in vellore city easily to reach our designation.over all is good and room cleaning boy name is thirumal very kind and helping...

Maintain to water leakage of shower tap, mini fridge doesn't working

Breakfast is great variety. Staff is very observant to refill your coffee or you need any refill they are already there to serve. I requested receptionist to help me with 100 rupees. Satish was very kind to give it to me right away.

Idly getting over & refilling the counter didn't happen.
