The location is very convenient because it is next to a shopping mall. The room is small but comfortable. The wifi is very good. The breakfast is also good but the rooms are fully booked. So, many people will be with you in the restaurant and there are queues for the food.
Too crowded, so it's slightly inconvenient especially in the elevator. Since we still have a COVID pandemic going on, the capacity should be max. 4 people in the elevator, but people keep on coming in at every level.

I love the location next to the mall, very convenient for shopping and dinning.
in some occasion when they have convention , graduation or big meetings , the place becomes so crowded, it remained me of farmers market. we purposely avoided breakfast just to avoid that .

Good location. Walking distance to the Trans Studio Mall which is the main reason I went to bandung. Also, the staff is exceptionally good and polite.
Checking in was quite slow which I am sure can be sped up a little bit. Room is quite small, but it was clean, so not really an issue.
