Turi Beach Resort

Request for king size bed was granted. Thank you. Room was clean and amenities were all in place. We love the huge bathroom of the Riani. The concierge staffs were very helpful. Overall, a very satisfying stay at the resort.

The food at Taman Sari wasn't that great compared to the Selera Restaurant at Nongsapoint Marina. The star attraction 220m jetty was not accessible due to upgrading. The main swimming pool were still not in operation.

Exceptional service from the porter to the front desk to the restaurant staff. Truly exceptional friendly service! And they even accommodated my request for bday deco for my wife. The Candlelit Dinner was definitely memorable and a good experience. Good WiFi. Peaceful surroundings. Very very clean toilet.

The location is far from town but not an issue actually. To go out, we need to book in house vehicle with driver that cost IDR 180,000 per trip. Secondly, no karaoke facilities.

The free shuttle service from Nongsa Ferry Terminal is a nice touch. The whole vibe of the resort; from the super friendly staff, the private beach and the option of restaurants with different cuisines. The choices of sea and land activities are good too.

Wifi in the room was not consistent; not being able to connect for most of the time. Had to sit outside my room for good wifi strength. Aqua Shop should have more drinks and snack choices; as the resort is away from convenience shops.

Hospitality services received from staffs at Taming Sari. Room is clean and housekeeping is good. Check in is fast.

Given room 341 which was very far end. Too many flight of stairs, slopes too steep and slippery after rain. Not enough street lights along the way while walking back to room. Poor direction guides from the lobby staffs. Pool shower room very rundown and basic facilities missing.

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Room is clean, food is good.

Super hot dining hall at breakfast as shields could not be lifted due to ropes damage. Please get your technician to change the ropes. Old aircond unit in our room made noisy squeeking noise if fan was set lower than the highest speed. But with highest speed on, it then became noisy at night when we had to sleep. Please get your technician to look into it. May need replacement with new one. We stayed at room no 135.

Very Friendly service. Exceptional from all staff, even the porter and the restaurant staff. Very spacious and comfortable room. Very very clean toilet! Good wifi. Peaceful surrounding.. Breakfast was as expected with many different varieties every day. One day Indian food like prata, the next day roti jala and the next day mee siam.. the main selections changes everyday but the rest of the menu stays the same, like breads, soups, eggs, salads, etc

No more karaoke facilities. The resort is about 30 mins away from town and we need to get the in house vehicle and driver to go out, Price: IDR 180,000 per trip. Private grab is about IDR 150,000.

Resort is situated at the Nongsa area, away from the city, which makes is an idyllic and secluded resort. We went on weekday which was very quiet, had the resort almost to ourselves. The staff were very nice and welcoming. We had our room upgraded and the beachfront room was a bliss in front of the sea. Grab is easy to get, travel to city centre takes about half an hour.

Not much activities in the resort in weekdays. The bar is only opened on weekend nights, so weekdays will be more bored if you are looking for things to do. No bathtub in the room.

Was really amazed with the hospitality from Turi Beach Resort. Excellent location. The resort is huge and got a natural vibes. One can see lush greens and it's open to natural habitats like moneys and different kinds of birds. Once in Batam must try Turi Beach Resort. Breath taking views from the room or should I say cottage. One can get clear, undisturbed views from the balcony.   Unwind and relaxing environment over all. Breakfast spread was great, it had both local and international cuisines to choose from. Dinner had an ala carte menu to choose from and it did git varities. Special mention to Lely, Yusuf and Lady from the front office department. They were exceptionally helpful and kind. Always helped in all possible ways. They were so accommodating and kind enough to allow me for an early check-in. Kudous to the team. Extremely professional and always welcoming with a smile. Thank you so much Turi Beach Resort for making our stay amazing. I will definitely be back soon to let loose myself with the beauty and relaxing nature. Thank you Turi for your warm hospitality.

Great sea view with partial pool view. However, 1 out of 2 rooms did not get the pool view at all as per room criteria stated during booking. Maintenance team reacted fast when we reached them for their assistance for aircon and plumbing issues. Staffs are polite. Buffets breakfast & Ala carte ordered food at Taming Sari are good.

Not a complain, but just feedbacks. Not enough sun beds place at the emerald pool area. Need to check room facilities (eg. aircon, room telephone, toilet flushing) in working condition before release to next customer. Minimart seem to reduce of snacks, souvenirs, drinks, goodies, etc compared to our visit in year 2023. Hope to see improvements on our next visit.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Water activities was handled well with clear safety instructions. Buggy rides to our rooms was a welcome relief as we did not have to walk up the slope.

Rooms may need an update. Shower area should have a door as the water splashes out even if we are careful. This makes the toilet floor very slippery. Also, there is bat poop everywhere, sonit should be cleaned frequently. Grab food delivery was not allowed to enter the resort, so we had to walk out all the way to the checkpoint to pick it up ourselves. That was most inconvenient.
