ibis Styles Bogor Pajajaran

The location is pretty good as far as being in the center of Bogor. Everything was clean, the staff was sufficiently accommodating.

My only suggestion, as other similar hotels I've stayed at, is to have a small section in the lobby that sells cold drinks, perhaps snacks as well. We arrived late, appx 8pm, and one negative about Bogor is how incredibly hard it is to get food delivery after 8pm. Drivers are not very available even on a Saturday night. So we asked the staff if there's cold water/drinks we can buy. The only water available is the room temp glass bottles of water they provide for the room. We finally got a delivery at about 11pm, but if the hotel sold these items, we probably would've been fine until breakfast. Very frustrating!

We chose ibis styles pajajaran for our hotel getaway because it has a comfortable family room, so the two kids get their own bed n tv but still so close with us. The housekeeping (special mention for @Randy was one of then) and room service team (@Ibrahim, @Fadhil) all have excellent hospitality and the warmest and biggest smiles, ready to help. We ordered the chocolava every evening coz its gooood. Pasta was perfectly al dente! Although the kids room do not have too many items, but the kids enjoyed playing the tabletop football away from their gadgets. We must say we looove the air conditioning system in the room: quiet, clean, and convenient. enabling il dolce far niente... just relaxing.

Unfortunately, the land for parking is super limited, so we had to wait a while to get the vallet to bring our car to the lobby. The laundry service is not always reliable and consistent yet. Had to call 3-4 times to ask for update on the status of the laundry but it wasnt clear what time they will get it to us :( Not sure why, but their sop buntut, kuah bubur ayam, soto, all were too salty, while the soto mie broth was full of chilly... ... ... maybe Indonesian soups are just not the hotel's forte? Cheering the hotel for the continous improvement

Located accross the botanical garden, the air was fresh. Near malls and hospital. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Check in (19 February 2023, 8 p.m) was super quick and efficient. Accommodating my request at their best. Gojek and gofood were welcome. The check out process (22 February 2023, 12.30) was smooth. Full of smile. Breakfast was so-so but not bad at all. Room was clean and comfy. Having 3 nights of good sleep. The shower room was perfect. Will come back.

The breakfast was not bad, but there's room for improvement. It would be better if they include some local foods to the menu, e.g. soto mie, laksa bogor, asinan, manisan buah, etc.

The location is super close to Kebun Raya Bogor and Bogor Botani Square, as well as a lot of restaurants within walking distance, or a short trip away with Go-Jek/Grab/Taxi. I booked a Family Room with Double Bed x1 and Twin Beds x2 for 4 (four) people. The room size is pretty much okay for us; everything was comfortable. Bonus because the beds have bolsters aside from the head pillow, which is a huge plus value for us. :D We also had a massage service. The staffs came to our room and the overall service is great, as well.

The towels in the shower were a bit smelly, although not too bad.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Very friendly staff especially the doormen. They did a very good job helping us with our luggage and parking our car, despite the strong smell of durian. I applaud them for withstanding the smell. The hotel is situated in a very convenient location with the Botanical Gardens right across the road, a 10 minute walk to Botani Square Mall and a hospital just a few buildings down.

Nothing, I honestly cannot find/recall anything that I didn’t like about the property.

The hotel is value for money for a three star in that the location is favorable, cleanliness is top of the line, and the air in the rooms are very clean and crisp. The food is mediocre but exceeds three star standards.

The parking here is a NIGHTMARE! Car park slots are very limited and becomes very difficult to park with more guests arriving for the weekend. We had to leave our car keys to the security, which is a very high risk during the pandemic. The hotel can use stacked parking!

Room was very comfy, clean, include all basic amenities we need, and regular housekeeping. It's calm, minimal noise heard from our room. Breakfast was good, the taste was delicious, choices were great. Lontong sayur was the best!! Location was just opposite to Kebun Raya, it's good we could have regular exercise/ jogging at its surrounding. Location near to some good restos/ cafes.

Parking lot. Really hard to get in and get out. It's good the staff help vallet our car in the first day at pmi. We did park in the basement the next day with staff assistance, but no one standby to help us out at the basement on the last day.

Location is superb. It's just across the eastern side of Kebun Raya Bogor (Pintu/Gate III), with huge shady trees lining wide sidewalks along either side of the road outside the hotel. A lot of nice cafes in somewhat a walking distance from the hotel (or a short ride away). I heard the property is new; so rooms were squeaky clean.

Quite loud traffic noises late into the night even though my room was on the 8th floor, made me unable to sleep. The hotel, as it said, doesn't provide extra beds. The exhaust fan in our bathroom didn't seem to work; so it somewhat smelled like sewage.

Hotel is new, so facility and room furnishings are new. Decorations are simple, modern and cute. Gym is small, but enough for us to have some exercise. We did not expect much about the breakfast, but it turned out very good! Value for money experience. Thank you!!

Too bad to say but the bathroom was smelly. Smell of sewage was coming up maybe because of poor drainage system construction. We recommend the hotel to have some drainage clean up or stronger ventilator in the bathroom. Bath towel also smelled like burned BBQ meat and not pleasant to wipe your body after the shower. Other than that this hotel is very2 good.

Great central location, close to Botanical Garden and mall. Clean and modern hotel. Gym and breakfast are nice!

Not much to complain. We enjoyed it! We only experienced that shower filled the bathroom really quick with water. Water could not run away fast enough.
