ASTON Cirebon Hotel and Convention Center

The culture of hospitality was excellent. Every staff member I came in contact with was friendly, professional and thoughtful. I especially have to mention Devi and Deli at reception who went out of their way to fix problems and make sure everything was Ok. Also Dian for following up on internet problems so quickly. My thanks to you all for making my stay in your hotel so memorable. The breakfast buffet was super good. I might recommend that instead of 4 ultra sweet breakfast cereals you might add just instand oats. It is far healthier and very cheap. The hotel grounds had everything. Well maintained swimming pools, horse rides for kids and archery. The atmosphere at night was lovely and again, it was the staff that made it so. I used the gym every day and it had everything one might need. I have stayed in many good hotels around the world but the culture of hospitality in this hotel was something special. We look forward to returning in March.

The atmosphere of the hotel is so relaxing..easy to park and secure feel

The shower in superior room has no hose.. I wish they have 2 type of shower. Also, although the room is not smooking room, i can smell the smoke from the ventilation and some guests have no consideration that there are guest who took a rest , but they screaming and talk loud in corridor although it has sign "Quiet Area" . Not enough just to sweep or vacuum the floor...theu need to mop too. My feet got so black after a while so i need to wear slippers. The floor feels a bit sticky too . The bidet on the toilet will release smelly smell when we use it.

Restaurant at the swimming pool side for dinner made me so frustrated, I had to wait for almost 2 hours just for Nasi Bakar and Mendoan, I knew that it was around Eid Mubarak but I didn't expect that long for just a simple food.

The location just outside Cirebon is good. We had a view looking out to the volcano and overlooking the 4 swimming pools. There was so many things to for children to do which was great, and all the staff were very friendly. The room service and breakfast was very good

Breakfast has so many variant and it taste good. My rook directly has Ciremai view, so beautiful! The location also good, near to food location such as Empal Gentong H Apud and batik trusmi

No elevator from basement parking location to lobby, its bit tiring to get our luggage to lobby but the staff help us on it

Breakfast is very good with a lot of variety, they even have full automatic espresso machine, a rarity even in 5 stars hotel in Jakarta. I got upgraded into a higher tier room, and it was very spacious. The tenant upstairs kept running at night, and a simple call to the management solved the problem nicely. Overall, it was a 5 star stay.

Well, they don't have any minimart nearby.

The staff were superb! Well trained, friendly and hospitable. The hotel was clean, it was spacious and had all facilities. It was also kid friendly and overall I appreciated the welcoming attitude of everyone.

I can not think of anything I did not like.

The staff is helpful and very kind. When I was early check-up before breakfast, they even asked if they could make a breakfast box to take away. It was 3 AM in the morning, and they prepared everything for us. Amazing.
