Loved the little character style cottages over looking the pool.nice and quiet. Staff were lovely and helpful.very comfortable and reasonably priced

Location is a bit too far from main strip but it’s quiet.beach is a walk away but not far

Nice, quiet, romantic place to stay. Beautiful area, a little bit far away from the center but you can rent a bike and drive there in about 15-20 min, which is very nice. Close to the hotel there are very good restaurants (much better than in the center) and cinema at the beach. You can see amazing sunset there every evening. Rooms are quite nice, it will be good for you if you don't need high standards. Good value for money. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the garden with all of the flowers. The style of little houses and the entrance looks wonderful. The breakfast in the garden was so nice every day. Classic indonesian, but also fruit, toasts, sweets. Tasty and various.

Close to the hotel there are no sunbeds or any seats at the beach and while high tide (which was mostly during the day) there is no beach. We went to the beach at the opposite of the Island. Rooms could be refreshed and small things fixed. They cleaned the room a little bit every day, but it needs deeper cleaning (walls/doors/curtains).

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Santorini on Gili Trawangan, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I'm thrilled to rate this hotel a perfect 10! The double room we stayed in was comfortable and immaculate, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the beauty of Gili Trawangan. The ambiance and amenities exceeded our expectations. What truly made our stay outstanding, however, was the impeccable service provided by Daly and Habip. Their dedication to ensuring guests have a memorable stay is truly commendable. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, provide local insights, and make us feel at home. Their warm and welcoming demeanor added an extra layer of joy to our trip. Hotel Santorini is a hidden gem on this idyllic island, and I can't recommend it enough. If you're looking for a place to stay that combines comfort, beauty, and exceptional service, this is it. Quite a variety of food for breakfast!! Location was quiet and peaceful as it was quite a distance from the busier side of Gili T (could be double edge sword). There's bike rental and laundry services too! Also, the staff was super nice!! On our last day, we had a snorkeling trip but we had to checkout before that. The staff made a special arrangement for us to shower using their facilities even after we checked out. Really appreciate it so much!!

The main and toilet door was wonky and had to be locked after adjusting it to a certain angle. Breakfast was ready only at around 740 instead of 730, which would have been better if it was on time as we had other plans afterwards.

The kindest staff I've ever met! The lady and the gentleman at the reception, and especially Malik who was there from taking care of the luggage at the arrival, supporting with organizing snorkeling tours, solving any room issues to bringing me tea when I was sick! The hotel itself seems a bit old, but the hospitality of its staff makes it very much worth the money.

The breakfast is fairly simple and same every day, I wasn't staying too long so it did not matter.. There were issues with water pressure a couple of times, but resolved quickly. The restaurant is not worth visiting, a bit overpriced for the quantity and quality offered.

Stayed here for 6 days and we loved it. I went to Gili T only with my 9-year old, and had to leave her at the hotel for scuba diving trips (around 3-4 hours per day), told the staffs about it and they were super nice and helpful. They have fast internet connection, suitable for remote working and online schooling, though it was down a few times. I recommend you bring travel WiFi for back up. Bike rent available on the spot, they charge 25k/day which is a fair price. This hotel is located on the sunset side of the island.

A little worn toilet/bathroom, but may be this is due to them being closed for nearly 2 years during the pandemic. I also wished they have medium/small-sized bikes for kids. Also, more breakfast choices wouldn't hurt. Ah, one more, it would be great if they can serve breakfast earlier.

The two main guys on reception were amazing. The hotel is located in a nice quiet part of the island which is exactly what we wanted. Cheap bike rental and easy access to everywhere.

The staff in the kitchen were quite slow with breakfast and felt like they didn’t pay too much attention when you were asking them questions.

The staff very friendly especially Malik the receptionist and Iin The breakfast is nice and enough as eggs, pancake, cheese, butter, jam, tea, cofee, orange juice and toast.

The location is kind of far from the harbour, around 25-30 minutes walking or 10-15 mnts cycling but if you rent a bike (bicycle) daily it is not a big problem at all. The advantage of the location is that it is quite and away from the noisy bars near the harbour at night.

No 1 - location - far enough from bars and clubs to not hear the loud music until late at night. Plus it’s located at the sunset point - lovely sunsets right at your place. No2 - attentive and very helpful staff (especially Malik). No 3 - good filtered shower water, cozy rooms, tiny though.

Rooms at the second floor are very small and the walls are quite thin that keeps you feeling a little uncomfortable, and it gets hot as soon as you switch off the conditioner.

Very friendly and accomodating staff (especially Malik and Iin) Clean rooms. Great breakfast. Nice pool which was lit at night. Very delicious, affordable and generous cocktails. Staff did all they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, including providing info about the island, upcoming events, ect. Love the traditional Lombok style accomodation spliced with Greek decor.

1 Pillow per person, but upon requesting, the staff supplied additional pillows.
