I am totally disgusted with booking.com and I have no other way of letting booking.com know that they are scammers. I am charged a higher rate than the person sitting next to me, while I have so called awards and privileges. Obviously there is no way to contact any living being on that platform.

I still am disgusted with booking.com and will refrain from using this platform for the rest of my life. I am so very upset to find out that with all my supposed awards my bookings (made in good faith) turn out to be more expensive than any Joe from the street who makes the same booking. I was just checking because I became suspicious. I am deleting my account and will never ever use your services. Plus you do not want to communicate with your clients. Plus you got a bailout from my tax money for your so called covid losses. You are the epitome of everything that is wrong with the world. I will not stop spreading this message.

Location: (+) Very strategic, near many restaurants, cafe, street foods, and big malls. Staffs: (+) Very friendly & helpful. Room: (+) Spacious, all equipment works fine. (+) Complete kitchen equipment. Breakfast/Restaurant: (+) The menu is varied and yummy. Experience: Feeling very satisfied staying here, I also extended my staycation. Would love to coming back! :)

Room: (-) There were some stains on the couches and floor. Cleanliness can be improved. Breakfast/Restaurant: (-) The restaurant in the lobby is not too big, so it's full at certain breakfast hours.

The hotel is centrally located withing walking distance to the MRT, malls, and lots of restaurants. The hotel is nice and the staff are friendly and responsive. The room is big with plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen room service is fast and tasty. The free laundry room facilities were an added bonus!

The room layout was strange -- it was a big room, with an odd layout. The shower was huge but the toilet area was small. The sink was outside the toilet area in the living room space. The blinds didn't sufficiently block the morning light. Limited closet hanging space so we ended up leaving our suitcases open on the floor.

Great location for walks around heritage neighbourhoods of Menteng, Cikini, Gondangdia and Kebon Sirih, as well as landmarks around Taman Merdeka and Jalan Thamrin. Likewise, a great location for driving to destinations further afield as it is in the centre of Jakarta. Loads of great eating options nearby.

There was nothing I didn’t like, but I should mention a few things. There are currently some renovations around the property, which can cause some confusion if usual entrances and exits are blocked. My room faced Jl Wahid Hasyim and I couldn’t hear any construction work, but I can’t vouch for rooms elsewhere in the hotel. The apartment I booked was a loft apartment with steep stairs, so be mindful if you have mobility issues.

There were a lot of breakfast options which was really nice, but there isn't much for vegetarians. The staff were helpful but need to improve their English if they are going to be at the desks. The room was really nice, they even had a sofa in there! Big TV, comfy bed, powerful shower, extra pillows, own little kitchen, big fridge and spacious room. The hotel was big and the rooftop was really nice.

I was pulling the blinds up in the morning and it broke and smashed my hand. If i was a few inches further forward, it would have smashed on my head and given me serious injury. I went and told the staff what happened and they were like ok we'll fix it. Within minutes it was fixed. This to me shows they know it's a known issue, which is very bad as they should have fixed this and not let us have that room. They didn't offer an apology or do anything as a kind gesture. It was very very disappointing. There were also a really strong smell downstairs in the main lobby which was hard to take.

i stayed here couple times, i like the location, friendly staff, breakfast also good, comfortable room and spacious. all is good, will come back again.

my last time here, some area are under renovation, the noice of construction bother me a lot, i ask to change my room but there still some noice. you might want to check with them before you decide to stay. beside that all is good.

the room door was stuck at times when we wanted to go out. at some point i thought we couldn’t get out because the door was just stuck as if it was locked. it was “resolved” by throwing our weight to pull the door open. furthermore, there was once the housekeeping removed the wine glasses (because we used them the night before) without replacing them in the cupboard. we saw the dirty glasses put outside our door but when we checked the cupboard there were no new clean glasses.

Comfortable and stylish industrial style rooms. Beds were comfy. Shower and bathroom were excellent. Good selection of English channels on the TV. Excellent buffet breakfast with a variety of different western and Indonesian options. Nice pool with a good view of some of the city skyline. Adequate, simple gym.

Bedding in the one bed studio actually comprised two single beds pushed together which was a bit annoying. Sheets were not fitted on or tucked in tightly and would come loose quite easily, exposing the mattress underneath.

The staff and security are friendly and always greet you with warm smile. Love the lobby/drop off area as there are seats and smoking area. Swimming pool area is nice. Breakfast is normal. Receptionist is helpful and they serve you drinks and red velvet mini cake when arrived.

There is a lot of mosquitoes at the smoking area. Sadly, I think the bed is a join by two single beds as the bed in the middle concave but the quality of the bed and pillow is nice. Position of tv a little low but I think can be adjusted.

The hotel is very well located and the friendly, helpful staff made my stay a pleasure. The rooms are very well equipped and the Wifi was excellent. The food served at the breakfast buffet, by room service and in the restaurant was very good and the service was exceptional.

I sometimes had difficulty ordering room service as not all the kitchen staff are good with English, but be patient - the managers are excellent and the food is worth the wait.
