ASTON Jember Hotel & Conference Center

The room is clean and i see some improvement in cleanliness compared to my stay last year. I go to Jember and stay at Aston every year and I really like that this time, I dont smell any smoke residue in my room. But I still smell some in the corridor especially near the emergency exit. I have a very sensitive nose to cigarette smoke. The pool also cleaner. The staffs are very helpful too. The breakfast and food may need more improvement, but this time I dont try the breakfast

Ratings should definitely be higher. The room was very big and comfortable. Had all the amenities you could ask for including a kettle, tea and coffee, a fridge, hairdryer, toiletries, slippers. The beds were super comfortable and the towels were soft. It was super clean. Absolutely spotless. Quiet room at night. Super friendly staff always willing to help out. There’s cafe and restaurant food downstairs as well as a small supermarket. Honestly everything you need

Booked non smoking room. But then they give on the smoking floor. Smoke's smell at the hallway and in the room. Ants in the toilets. Then I complained to the reception and they give an upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious and clean.

Comfortable adjoining rooms, excellent shower, tasty and varied breakfast and a really good gym. Staff were very friendly and attentive too.

Not much not to like. The only reason I didn't go higher on my rating is they were still renovating some facilities such as the pool bar so it will be even better once those works are completed.

The property was very well maintained and very clean. Pool and coffee area were well set up for relaxing. The gym was well equipped and easy to use.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and professional.

Music from lounge to loud for third floor. Water will be better serve in the room, from dispenser.

no-nonsense business hotel up to the usual Aston standards, you'll get what you expected - great buffet breakfast with a lot of choice - very nice staff

Valuable for money, Friendly & helpful Staffs, especially Shelly, Teddy, Satria,Hakam at Front Office and Sigit- Driver. Good Location. Twin bed and pillows at room 630 were clean and comfy. To my surprise TV and Channel was good. Room was bright, AC, Hot-cold shower, kettle, worked well. Lighting in room was sufficient.

We didn’t like the view from the first rooms assigned to us. I think the room numbers were 615 and 617 (not sure). The view was a messy AC units and some other used things. You could consider to tidy it up and place some plants to cover the units. It’ll look nicer. The reception team was helpful to assign other rooms facing to the pool and we’re happy about it. Thank you :)
