Wyndham Surabaya

The premises are in prime location to stay and access to various locations. I chosen this property in line with Surabaya Expo and the breakfast was so good mixed with continental as well as Indonesian food . We have conducted one event with a capacity of 30 pax and the hall is beautiful and looks an international standard. The staffs are so cool and well in communication and very kind in support even though we have any doubt.

The interiors in the room can be reworked especially in the bottom portions. Since current light source can't work in laptops and Light in the room can be a little more bright

breakfast is not good at all. when i saw i thought i was in 2 stars hotels breakfast not a 5 stars hotel like wynhams.

The room was really big for this price and I really liked its spacious design/arrangement. I also liked the bathroom and bathtub, with the glass window facing the room. The location was very convenient to travel around Surabaya (big mall within walking distance). I did not try other facilities in the hotel, but a brief walk gave me the impression that they were well kept.

The hotel looked much older now as compared to when I stayed here before. For example, the towels were not as 'bright white' as before, the bathroom tap was a bit hard to turn, and things like that. The only minus point was the room had no ventilation, felt a bit dry and stuffy to me (even with the air conditioner turned on). The TV channels could be better too, at least with better signal.

I really appreciated their response when I asked them to help to prepare a small cake to prepare my partner's bday, They were really into it and the mini pie was so tasty!

The first time I came to the reception for check in, they were really friendly, I forgot the name of the man who greeted me :( he is super helpful! But then they change the reception, the lady wasn't that friendly or helpful and she kinda ignored me tho

the location si quite near with Plaza Tunjungan where you can find all food and shops.

I already informed the receptionis that i want to change my room. And she said she will informed me and called me when the room ready. But after 2pm and after i asked her many times, she just said that i should wait and wait while other guests already got the rooms until no one there want to check in. The receptionist that promised me already gone, and i was mad and asked for the SOP with another receptionist. He just keep silent and said sorry. POORRRRRR WYNDHAM

I love the bathroom and toiletries. Everything works perfectly. No issue with the hot water. Bed is relatively small in size, but very comfortable. Pretty generous with the toiletries.

No refill for the teas, coffees, and sugar packet in room. No bathrobes, which is quite disappointing for a 5-star hotel. The glass window is quite dirty on the outside and it kinda ruins the city landscape view from the room for me.

Staff, location and facilities are outstanding.

They need to invest in furnitures and fixtures as they seem pretty old now as if it is a 4 or 3 star hotel.

Location is superb! There are a lot of landmarks you can have by a walk, such as Tunjungan Plaza and Alun-alun. Room is spacious and it has a bathtub (my kid’s favourite).

Breakfast need much improvement: taste, variety, etc. I have had stayed at Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta before, and they have a really good breakfast.

i was suppose to get a refund for my breakfast.already complained to Louis n 1 more girl say Hotel will refund me 2 breakfast within 14 days .but tday is 20th day still no refund.

my breakfast suppose to be included but Hotel did not honour instead ask my friends to pay .which they paid.

The location of course.

The breakfast experience is not that great. The variety wasn’t meet up my expectation. According to my sister, they serve. beef rendang but the meat is tough. You can’t even chew it at all. Last but not least, they gave the bill right after they my family sat down on the table. It should be able to charge it to the room as my family is in house guest.
