Amazing view to rice fields in a center of Ubud! We booked bamboo villa, but we didn't like it. Quite dark place without view. Downgrade for standard room was possible. They tried to charge us for downgrade (?!), but it was solved ok. Daily cleaning was perfect. Breakfast was great. Staff was nice in their routine.

We asked to leave earlier (8->7 nights). We were told it's not possible after two days of "we are working on it". Plus room downgrade for free. Plus trying to charge us more for motorbike (pricelist is at a reception desk, but ...) This all was done with a same person. Be careful on an older lady at reception :-)

The surrounding feels so nice and back to nature, but still in the middle of the busy centre, so you can easily walk outside and find restaurant or cafes and back for resting after a busy day. The choice of breakfast is good, freshly made, simple but enough to start the day. Love the concept of the bamboo house. Close to our favourite restaurant: Bebek Bengil Love love the rice fields.

The water in the bathroom didn't drain fast, so if I took shower a little bit long, the bathroom is already full with water. I had a bamboo house with a loose stairs, so it feels I'm going to fall every time I step on the stairs. Plus it's not at all soundproof, you can hear everything. But I think that's acceptable in exchange with good feeling in living in a bamboo house. They don't have a small size swimming pool for small children. A random Rooster was getting up kinda early, at 3 am and woke me up. But that's not the hotel's fault :)

Our villa that was given to us was not exactly as the photos on the website & not quite suitable. We spoke to the female receptionist, Chandra, about our disappointment. She immediately arranged for better accomodation. Thank you Chandra 🙏

Some of the room facilities were antiquated. The sliding door to the bathroom in Villa Perkutut 201 did not slide smoothly. The ward robe door was the same. The soap & shampoo dispensers did not function either.

great spacious rooms, 3 pool areas, Great value for money and lovely views of the rice fields with the cute ducks! good location

roofing in the bathroom could be better and would help with the slight mold problem on the walls. the breakfast provided isn’t great. the pineapple provided in the fruit salad was sour. any of the ‘American breakfast’ options were not great however the fried rice from the ‘indonesian breakfast’ option was good. if you struggle with noise the nature sounds will keep you awake but it did not both us too much

The staff and the accommodation was absolutely rustic and stunning. The location of the resort is amazing and close to everything you would need to have a great holiday.

The resort has a lot of stairs so when you are travelling with an older relative it gets very difficult to move them around up and down the stairs of the resort. The resort is also not wheelchair friendly at all so please keep that in mind.

We stayed in a Rice View Villa and really enjoyed the tree house vibe. The property has multiple pools - so not matter which part you stay in, you’re not far. Also multiple places to have your breakfast. Easy walking to restaurants, shops, and Monkey Forest. We had a short stay, but would’ve loved to stay longer. Very nice.

I didn’t mind it any of the following, but just want to note that: the unit we had was very *squeaky* with all the bamboo, so you could always hear someone else if they were moving around. Also some frogs at night and roosters in the morning.. The rooms didn’t have a lot of lighting and if you leave the blinds open there isn’t a lot of privacy, I could see into rooms across the field. Again, I personally didn’t mind any of these things - just wanted to give a fair warning :)

I loved everything about this property. the staff so kind and helpful location is perfect and quiet, off the busy street so quiet and peaceful but still very close to restaurants, shops and monkey forest. I did a massage which was good, needed to ask for more pressure but the therapist quickly adjusted. view of the rice fields in the morning is delightful. breakfast in the morning is good. room service restaurant food is decent, cheap and does the trick if you don’t fancy going out. near the yoga barn. clean room and housekeeping everyday.

nothing I didn’t like.

Modest but cosy hotel in the heart of Ubud with a lovely rice paddy in the centre. Clean and neat, nice views and great value for money. Reliable strong wifi. Short walk to most key attractions in the centre of Ubud. I love the upstairs bedrooms. They had a water filter to be able to fill up/reuse bottles.

Totally not their fault, but there can be a lot of noise (bands and rock music) coming from nearby restaurants and bars. Not quite relaxing at times! I would also love a few more ecological tweaks, like not wrapping the glasses in plastic! The breakfast was pretty good, but if you are into coffee go further afeild!

It’s not the first time that I stay in this Resort. The rooms are very comfortable and spotless, well equipped regarding toiletries and towels (they also provide a hairdryer), as well as bottled water (still water) and kettle if you want to make tea or coffee. The view of the rice fields is amazing.

Nothing major only the WiFi signal is not very strong in the rooms, but better around the reception.

unique bamboo room with a lovely bathroom and natural light, comfy linen, very clean, beautiful view and good a.c.. It may be difficult for some folk to walk all the way around the rice field to the bamboo rooms, I would come again but stay in the standard balcony room which gets the same view....but loved the novelty of the bamboo room for the night

The walk to get to the Bamboo rooms was far..Obviously bamboo is not a great insulating material so I could hear my neighbours quite well. It also made the stairs/doors quite noisy. Breakfast was quite simple
