Amazing hotel with great location. The welcome and check in by Mrs Tali was superb, with a cup of cava offered. The online pre check in facility allows for a very quick and easy process on arrival The room was very nice and beautifully furnished with a welcome tray with a bottle of wine and pop-corn. All very nice touches . Reception ensured that I was happy and had everything I needed througout my stay

Nothing! What a pleasure to stay there. Very friendly staff who makes you feel welcome, beautiful room, nothing wrong! What a pleasure to feel passionate staff happy to take care of their customers!

1) The location is great! 10 mins walk from the beach, big supermarkets, loads of cafes restaurants and pubs nearby. 2) The hotel is clean, modern, stylish so it is very aesthetically pleasant to stay. AMAZING lobby floor area with sofas and tables to chill or work. 3) Coffee machine with unlimited coffee available for the guests in the lobby. 4) Staff has upgraded my room type for free due to some technical issue they have been having with my room and the 40 mins check-in delay. 5) Roof space is just outstanding. Fantastic view on the city with bathtub and tables, couches to chill and work (plugs are available).

1) Found old blood stains on bed sheets. The cleaners might not have noticed it but it is a horrible inexcusable thing for a hotel. Hope it doesn't happen often. 2) There is a night club nearby and Thursday nights are really loud. The music is really loud and you can hear it easily in the room until about 2 am. 3) Due to some technical issues with the room I was only able to get onto the room 40 mins after the check in so I had to wait in the lobby, BUT the staff was friendly and they have upgraded my room type for free. 4) If you want to pay in USD in cash, it is only up to 200 USD and the rest should be paid in Shekels, but if you're paying by card in USD, it is fine, you can pay the whole amount.

This was already my second visit at Brown TLV Urban hotel - I decided to book the same hotel as during my previous visit, as I was so happy with the experience I had. Staying at Brown TLV again was a great decision, as the location of the hotel is excellent for discovering and experiencing the city's unique vibe from local food, shops and architecture to the beach and back! The customer service and attention paid to details and the comfort of the guests at the hotel continued to exceed my expectations - the hotel manager and staff really go out of their way to make sure their guests have a lovely stay. I can't thank you enough for contributing to my stay being as great as it was, can't wait to return soon again! :)

The minibar wasn’t cooling my drinks. The Jacuzzi was broken.

The hotel was a great experience - attention was paid to unexpected details making my stay a memorable one from beginning till end! The hotel's sundeck was a great bonus, as was the half-covered lounge terrace and bar area beside the reception - loved the fact I could work on my laptop and enjoy my coffee without being deprived of the lovely weather. Upon my arrival, there was a lovely complementary tray of freshly cut fruit and wine waiting for me in my room, and the staff was really chill - thanks especially to Betty, who went out of her way to reply to my questions and accommodate my requests, making sure I could enjoy my holiday to the full! The location of the hotel also couldn't have been better, it really was at the centre of everything! Will be sure to return here!

Not that I didn't like it, the colours of the room were just darker than what I am used to - loved the black marble of the bathroom though!

The location is perfectly centre to popular spots in tel aviv. easy walking to everywhere (eg. Jaffa, beach, all 3 train stations, bus station, rothschild bvd, shops, restaurants, business district etc etc). All the common areas are very cosy and welcoming from the sofas in reception to the roof lounge. Reception were friendly, attentive and helpful and were on hand 24 hours. Breakfast was a superb start to each day. Although on the smaller side the room had everything i needed and bed was very comfy.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like about the hotel.

Loved the service. Arrived around midnight and met by Jacob who was so cheery and delightful despite the late hour. Nice to chat with him. As we checked in he made us a small origami swan and gave us the last available parking space. The room was small, but so cute. Loved the fresh fruit, water bottles and even the bottle of wine(which we gave away as we were flying back to the US early the next morning). The lobby is so cozy. The rocking chairs and bookshelves filled with books are so inviting. Love the selection of hot tea, coffee and even crisp green apples. Perfect for a quick stay in Tel Aviv.

That we couldn’t stay longer!!!!

While we have been in Tel Aviv multiple times in the past, this most recent stay here was truly spectacular and our favorite so far, largely in part to Miss Betty Galkoren. She exceeded all of our expectations, was always willing to help, and was key in ensuring that we had the most wonderful stay and experience in Tel Aviv. Any issues that arose were taken care of exceptionally. We are so grateful for her service and are certain that she helped make this recent trip to Tel Aviv truly memorable!

Nice small hotel in the heart of Tel aviv. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Great vibe. Frendly people and great service. Take a breakfast ,its a blast.

I stayed at the Brown with my brother, and we couldn’t have had a better experience. We were warmly greeted by Alon upon our arrival, and he was extremely courteous and a big reason for our having enjoyed our stay so much. To name a few aspects of the above-and-beyond service, he offered us complimentary breakfast throughout our stay, and also granted us access to gym passes upon request. The hotel was clean, well decorated, centrally located, and an overall pleasure. We can’t recommend staying here strongly enough - hats off to Alon and the rest of the staff for a job well done!
