Revision staff ok and assisted us with parking the car.
No air conditioning as stated in my booking. When I asked, reception staff said it wasn't working and offered me a fan. Later I questioned why my booking said my room was air conditioned but is isn't she did it was under maintenance because September isn't hot enough to need air con. It was 26 that day. Our room was on the 4th floor with 3 windows facing west so when we initially got to our room it was like an oven.

Great value for money, so clean and comfortable. Great breakfast was included with our stay. Staff was welcoming and always ready to assist. We had one of our luggage go missing between our trip and the front desk staff were very helpful trying to get us in contact with the airline and assisted us in sorting this very stressful situation out. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was good but nothing exceptional We had to return to the hotel after leaving because they forgot to give us our passport back ....be careful this is happening very often in Italy because they keep your ID for 24 h

Really big and clean room. The bathroom was luxurious. Breakfast had a lot of choices, especially sweet ones (which I prefer). The location was perfect, a few minutes walk from central street with shops and restaurants. Easy to find parking nearby. Staff very friendly. 10/10 experience!!!

Nice hotel in a very central location. Within walking distance of everything Friendly staff and secure parking (if a bit tight to get in and out off). Would recommend.
Being given a map on arrival would be helpful- they do have them, if you ask though.
