Ego Hotel

The hotel was clean with a very stylish modern finish. The area surrounding the hotel is quiet. The hotel itself had everything I needed and the food was very very good. The spa facilities were good and relaxing. The staff are exceptional. They truly cannot do enough to help and this made the trip for me so much better as I travelled alone. I would like to thank Alessandro, Jonathan, Peter & Mario for suggesting places to eat, taxis to take, activities to do and for being so kind to me on my trip.

The menu is not extensive but the food that is served is exceptional.

The room was amazing - panoramic view over the sea and great shower facilities. Impressive spa facilities. Nice bar with a wide range of snacks provided. Very impressed with the range and quality of food available at breakfast.

Not much to see in the surrounding area. Public transport to the hotel from central Ancona is good (bus and train) but transport to the airport was pretty limited.

This is a lovely hotel but like many others seemed to be suffering from a shortage of staff. The Receptionist was also the barman and the waiter (only one). Large spacious business type hotel, very smart but lacking any atmosphere. Dinner was excellent, however with only one waiter (also being the barman), there wwas quite a bit of wait and some mistakes. (Not surprising). Breakfast was stunning with a fast array of choices, beautifully presented. Ample parking.

Service in the Restaurant could have benefited from more staff, it was a bit chaotic. A very small seating area outside which was occupied from when we arrived and no where else to sit outside. This could be a great hotel with more staff and a bit more thought to hotel guests comfort. Quite a bit of a way from Ancona centre.

Comfortable Kind size beds, very good shower and WC. Fantastic breakfast!

The A/C was now working properly had to wake up at night to manually shut off, call to reception only got phone instructions with no technician showing up to check and confirm. Need a bit more experienced professional folks at reception. Excellent personnel at breakfast.

Fab breakfast, friendly staff, great food at night, lovely beds and beautiful spa, we loved it so much we came back for one night at the end of our holiday!

The only downside is the distance to the town - it cost us 50 euro in a taxi to go there and back.

Modern and efficient and importantly a nice greeting on arrival. Great breakfast and close to the ferry port. Plenty of parking spaces but not undercover if travelling by two wheels.

No restaurant for dinner however one restaurant next to hotel and a McDonalds a short walk away.

Lovely room, excellent view, enjoyed the spa and the breakfast was excellent. Staff were lovely too. We arrived by train and bus, which was a little difficult on such a busy road. But it was quite into the centre which we enjoyed exploring.

Amazing hotel, great value for money. Standard room was a great size, really comfy bed and nice bathroom. I paid extra for the spa, was definitely worth it. Really nice facilities. Great breakfast, attentive staff, would definitely stay there again.

It's a little bit out of the way for the city centre, but it can be easily reached by bus.

This hotel has a nice room, quiet (even if close to the main road and the sea), very clean and modern, with quality bath amenities; I couldn't have time taking advantage of the SPA but this is imperative when you stay here

The food experience didn't satisfy me; I had dinner and compared to several years ago I wouldn't affirm this is same quality. The staff is superb, very gentle and take care of their guests

The room was very comfortable and the view was great. There are plenty of spaces in the parking lot.

It's a bit inconvenient to get to the city without a car. And if you visit the restaurant without a reservation, it may be closed.
