Amazing scenery and pools. We felt well looked after. Lots of nice restaurants in the local town and a small winery very nearby.

The spa treatments weren't exactly what we booked and the communication with the spa staff wasn't as easy as with the rest of the hotel staff. Would also have been nice to have a cold pool given how hot it was when we visited in July. But small negatives among and overall very positive experience.

The hotel is very nice and the pool is exceptionel. Also the graden is very fine. The room was fine

The evening dinner was not good. The menu could have to be at another level that matches the Hotel Exclusive brand. The food was not good The tomato soup with bread was not good. The hotel should have higher level of gastronomic experience. There should also be offers for allergic or vegetarian people. We was not pleased with the food.

We spent 5 days in Albergo Posta Marcucci. It was fantastic time especially because of very kind and helpful staff. Starting from check-in until check-out we fill like in between good friends. The rooms are comfortable, and everything was as it should be. The pools are really very warm, and we feel relaxing in the bath and at the couches. The restaurant has excellent food as well at the breakfast and the dinner. I strongly recommend this Hotel not only to spend a time at the pool but also to make a short trips across Tuscany countryside, visiting nice towns nearby. Many thanks to the Hotel Manager for his help in time organisation.

The hotel was amazing! We had a very good time. The hotel is quiet, has huge relaxing thermal pools, faces beautiful mountains, and the decor is stunning, it can’t get any better! The restaurant also has very good food, and the free breakfast was amazing, everything was fresh and tasty! We liked the hotel being secluded and a perfect size for relaxation. The staff there was all very polite and professional. We spoke with Michele and Claudia a lot in the front desk. They are simply the best! This is the highlight of our entire trip. Thank you very much!

We loved our stay here. It is extremely smoothly run with incredible staff-everyone was more than happy to explain how things worked, particularly with careful COVID accommodations. One of our bags was very delayed from Rome and the staff received it (and our multiple check ins) on it politely and without any issues. The gardens and spa are very impressive and relaxing, and the view of the outdoor pool area is spectacular! Booking sauna time was straightforward. Everything is well thought out - with the delay in my husband’s bag, he grabbed a new bathing suit, too! The rooms were comfortable and all of the provided robes, bags, sandals, and towels made spa visits easy. And, if you’re on the fence about the half board-just splurge and do it. The breakfast is a lovely buffet selection but the dinners are all unforgettable (and the menu changes daily). There aren’t enough stars for this place!

We somehow never made it to the Green Bar while there was someone working it-perhaps it was already closed for off season? That was the only thing we never figured out, but it was such a small thing. We did not get to try the chiosco lunches in the garden but beware, on weekends, the town fills up with out-of-towners and lunch places get scooped up quick!

We loved everything about this fabulous place...room, bathroom, supplies, dining space with amazing view, and of course the thermal pools and its environs. Bagno Vignoni is a beautiful place and we felt like we were back in time because of the old, medieval vibe there. It would be lovely to return in autumn/winter.

I really think their wine is an exorbitant price. They charged €18/glass there which, in the middle of Italys wine region is ridiculous. So...it forced us to eat at village restaurants where we could eat and drink beautiful local wine so much cheaper.

Wonderful little boutique hotel set in nature in a small village in Tuscany. Superb location aside historic natural hot springs that feed the many indoor and outdoor hotel pools (water temp is between 82 and 100 F, depending on the pool). Good food and friendly hotel staff. Very spacious common areas and large outdoor grounds (including a tennis court) given that they only have 38 rooms. So the hotel doesn't feel cramped at all even when they are fully booked.

Not much to say here. Certainly not cheap, but still worth the money arguably. Standard rooms are on the small side (which can be expected from a historic building), so if you prefer larger rooms I recommend you get a suite. The place is definitely "traditional" in the sense that e.g. tablecloths are being ironed after each meal and staff is "formal" in terms of attire and manners. Was totally fine with us.

Beautiful hotel and spa, fabulous location! Relaxing garden with a gorgeous view. Really enjoyed the outside thermal pools. Definitely want to return and can gladly recommend this hotel.

Room was perfectly clean but greater attentiveness to cleanliness in some common areas of the hotel could be just a little bit improved, in order to be perfect! Breakfast was OK, not great.

Beautiful setting, friendly staff. Excellent food for dinner and a great spread for buffet breakfast. The deluxe room had a good view over the pool but the standard rooms were larger but with not such a good view. There were plenty of various types of chairs and seating areas around the pool and in the grounds so finding somewhere to sit was not a problem. The public areas were very clean and there was a nice tranquil atmosphere in the hotel.

Wine by the glass seemed expensive compared with buying a bottle as our group all had mixed tastes about which type of wine they would want with dinner.

The location is great, the view is amazing from every side of the hotel, the room is spacious, the whole hotel is quiet and relaxing. Generous, fresh breakfast. The thermal pool is real hot spring healing water. We will come back for sure

There were quite a lot of mosquitoes in the pool area, maybe you should spray insecticide in advance. Inside the thermal pool there is green algae that is a bit slippery
