Location was perfect. A short walk to the old town. The decor and property was lovely and unique The room was well equipped for a family and the AC was a bonus The front of house staff were amazing, going the extra mile drive my daughter to the pharmacy in the searing heatwave. We were very thankful to this.

The courtyard facing room was very quiet from the road noise, apart from the people in the room next door checking out early. Maybe sound-proof doors would be good? Also there was a window light above our door, which made our room quite bright at night when trying to sleep. The mattress on the double bed was not firm, so my husband had to sleep ion one of the bunk beds.

The accommodation is very well located for accessing both the Old and New Town. It is less than five minutes walk to a supermarket, bakery, and some coffee shops. It is located nearby two of the city's main art museums. Staying here gives you all of the facilities of the new Bergamo including easier access to the train station and bus routes but left you close to the historic sights of old Bergamo. The cleaning of the apartments is first class and the friendly, helpful approach of all of the staff makes staying here a joy. We shad a family room for 2 adults and 4 children.

The cooking facilities include a hot plate and a microwave. More than enough to whip up simple meals but you won't be producing feasts. Some small items missing from the utensils, such as a bottle opener, but these are only quibbles.

The thing about this place is that the location of the property was really nice. The price also matched our expectations and we loved how the apartments looked. There are shops nearby and also we could leave our luggage after we needed to go to the city somewhere for a long time (since our flight was in the afternoon this was a helpful thing)

The only thing I disliked was the way how they managed to get me a water for like 2.5 euro and talked about it how it is fresh and great water meanwhile it was just a classic sparkling water. But its kind of whatever.

Huge thanks to Nuala for being so friendly and professional. This was my second time staying at Academia Residence and it's been really nice, once again. The cleanliness is spot on and the rooms are very comfortable, spacious and bright.

My only minus is that at night there was a women - either a guest or a neighbour from the next building, I'm not sure - that was talking with another person and they were extremely loud. Of course this is not the hotel's fault, but perhaps a "keep quiet" policy after 22:00 would be welcomed.

The staff was very helpful and communicable. Despite I arrived late, I did not have any issue with check-in. Location - perfect, close to the center and to the bus station Vittorio Emanuele, through you can get to the airport easily. As regards to the facilities, they were satisfying.

In bathroom, there was no bathroom fan. Though the room had 2 separate windows and it was possible to aerate

Almost everything.. The room was very cute, spacious and convenient, the location is pretty good, in the middle between Bergamo Alta (the upper part) to the new city center, with a good bus very nearby (number one) to the airport and back. The receptionist was kind, nice and helpful and I think that in general this is a perfect value for money, It wasn't expensive and it had a very good quality, and we stayed for 4 nights.

There was a little problem with the showerhead, some water was thrown aside from the shower.

We arrived on a late flight to Bergamo and needed a place to stay for one night. Academia Resort was just what we needed. We could take the bus from the airport and then walk to the hotel, where we could collect the keys from the lockbox and check ourselves in. The room was comfortable, the bed was a great size.

The rooms aren't well soundproofed so you can hear quite a lot of what goes on in other rooms

Perfect accomodation for a short stay and perfect location if you want to visit places in the area (Milano, Lake como, Bergamo Cita Alta). Multiple bus stops are short walking distace, The staff is very friendly, competent and helpful

If you want to have the window open during the night the noise made by motorcycles can be very disturbing

Our second trip to Bergamo so we knew we wanted an apartment in the gallery area of Citti Bassa. Perfect for us location wise. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cafes nearby for breakfast and short walk to the bus line. Comfy beds, great shower and plenty of room for our family of five.

The available electric points in the room. Difficult to use hairdryers and charge phones.

Spacious room and bathroom. A great and convenient location to explore beautiful Bergamo Città alta and Città bassa on foot. Easy access from the airport by bus. Very nice and helpful staff, clearly explained how to explore Bergamo, recommended a great breakfast place near the apartment, allowed to leave luggage after check-out.
