Everything went smoothly. There's a private parking area behind the hotel, breakfast has wide selection of food, there are two restaurants on the site - a la carte and one with touristic menu. There's a possibility of having lunch and dinner in the hotel. It is located just behind the Basilica of Saint Rita. The views from the hotel of the surrounding mountains are really beautiful. The room was clean and the staff very welcoming.

This is the second time I stayed at this property. It is right next to the Basilica and easy to get to. I arrived early, but my room was ready. The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately there were some very noisy guests on my floor on the first night and the room was not soundproofed. I also missed the view I had last time I was here, as my room was on a lower level.

I have been to this hotel a number of times. It is right next to the Sanctuary in Cascia and is very comfortable. The rooms are very spacious and breakfast is also very good, offering good gluten free options.
The hotel is at the top of a steep hill. However, it should be noted that Cascia is built on a hillside.

Good quality comfortable room, with excellent walk-in shower. decent quality dinner and wines at very reasonable price. Decent breakfast and good coffee included in excellent room price. pleasant and helpful staff throughout.
Navigation! (..endless corridors, complicated lift systems..) Plus large groups of meandering guests! But overall experience still very good for this sort of 'large group' hotel.

Location was next to the basilica and the shops, the view from the hotel was breathtaking , the breakfast was very good and clean. The staff were very very friendly and nice
The hotel is large therefor, the rooms were a bit far from the reception area, the transportation to the area was hard because it was Sunday, busses don't work to the place on Sunday

The position was excellent, very, very close to the basilica. Parking was adequate though a little chaotic. Breakfast was outstanding, my wife really liked the cappuccino! The staff was always polite and professional.
Some clients, especially youth for soccer, were not wearing their masks when inside the hotel.
