Great location, great apartment, friendly staff (but please invest in some English lessons)

Noisy — they play music until late at night right across the train track. the train track is right in front of the apartment, which is another source of noise. the doors are also a hassle to open and close: you have the actual door and a metal bar door on top for extra protection; while I felt safe, it was unpleasant to take such a long time every time I came in and out, especially since at night you have to do it in the dark as well. Lastly, it feels a bit overpriced

The Management and Staff are all very very friendly! Although you might be put off by the the state of neglect of the building common entrance and the location surroundings; this will soon change as soon you arrive at the property's door on the first floor. All is very nice and well thought of. Very clean rooms and throughout the whole property. Nice breakfast. Will definitely recommend and will definitely stay again!!

I found that the Breakfast starts somewhat late in my opinion. (I wished it started much earlier in order to well plan the day, keeping in mind that public transport is not that punctual and certain routes have few trips throughout the day.) This will definitely not deter me from booking there again and again.

The location to where we spent the majority of time was perfect and the host offered directions and a map. Breakfast was continental and plenty of it, from cereal and juice to cold meats and cheeses and cakes and pastries plus Italian coffee to wash it down. The room was as shown in the pictures, clean and tidy.

I would say that having a balcony would normally have been a bonus but the view from my room was the trainline and the view from my colleague's room was the bins. However, we were on business and spent a lot of our free time exploring and sitting in cafes enjoying people watching.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with an excellent kitchen, bathroom and living area. It is located very close to the markets and restaurants with some of the freshest seafood possible. The location is also close to a bus terminal with connections to/from the airport and to other towns around Sicily. This is a great place to stay for exploring Catania and the surrounding area.

There is some noise from nearby bars that can go on quite late. I had no real trouble with it and I am a fairly light sleeper.

It doesn't look impressive from the outside but inside it is really nice and clean. Close to many restaurants, bars and city center. You can hear the trains but it's not bothering. Neighborhood is safe so no need to bother about anything.

You still can't pay by card. As noticed in many opinions in the hotel they are saying that the terminal is not working but it is permanent. There are savory options for breakfast but not too good (bread is really awful).

I liked the girl that checked us in she was very helpful and asked us would we like tea or coffee which I've never been asked that before on arrival especially in that price range , she was really helpful serving us breakfast which was a lovely continental breakfast plenty of choices,I would definitely stay again and my 3 other compaions agreed as well ,👍

I didn't like that there was no lift and that we had to carry our heavy luggage up the flight of stairs,I also didn't like when we pulled up outside I was shocked at how dirty the surroundings were but relized that there was a fish market down the hilll but inside the accommodation was lovely ,also the piazza duomo was literally only a 2 minute walk down through the arches to where there were lovely bars n restaurants,

The location was excellent, near everything and we had a sunrise view from our room with train tracks (I like trains). Double windows also made sure no outside sounds were heard. Staff was super amazing and really helpful with sorting out trips and making our stay successful and pleasant.

Door locks should be upgraded.

Very cool and stylish B & B very close to the fish market, restaurants and all the sights. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast too.

The street outside was quite dirty with rubbish when we arrived. Also the entrance portal is very run down. Don’t be put off because once you are upstairs it’s all modern and clean!

Horrible outside but when you go in then you feel in nice beautiful place. We have room with jacuzzi and really enjoyed. Very good location just 1 min to town where is nice and tidy. Many restaurants and main square just 5 minutes walk. Really recommend even if outside don’t look nice.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and the location was excellent. I have read some people complain about noise. This was not the case and our room was right on the train line as there are soundproof windows which block out the noise. Also this is in the city centre so what do people expect? Would recommend and there is free parking outside if you arrive early.
