I like the apartement and the location. In generall very good hospitality and clean. The apartement was very big for us as a family it was big enough. Great location close to the best beach in Cefalu and walking distance to the old town which was great.

No wash machin or laundry. The breakfast space very little and not so comfortable to sit in there very laud sounds when people started to talk with eachother. Not peaceful because of the small space. The flat was not as good isolated as it should. you could hear all sound on streets and other floors when people were walkning, a little noiszy while we tried to sleep.And other minus was the parking very little space not easy to park there and too expensive for just a few days and it wasn't included in our apartement rental we paid about 79€ more extra for a few days to park outside the apartement.

Everything you need and nothing you don´t. The room is good size with a real balcony, AC, WIFI, safe deposit box, beach towels and umbrella. Recently renovated and spotless clean. 3 to 5 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes to the old town, 5 minutes to the train station. Plenty of restaurants, shops and a couple of supermarkets around. There are also parking places available on the property. Very kind owner(s), always ready to help. Tasty breakfast with eggs, some meat and cheese, fruits and home made cakes. There are Vespas and bicycles to rent on the spot. Fast check-in and check-out. The only minor inconvenience (for me) was that breakfast is at 8.30 and I use to wake up latest at 7. But there are a lot of places around where you can get a coffee and some pastry very early in the morning, and I suppose for most people this is not an issue anyway. All in all a very pleasant stay. If we are going again in the area this place will be on top of the list for accommodation. Grazie Salvatore!

Absolutely everything was fantastic. Salvatore and his sister, Maria, were the most gracious hosts. Our stay there was impeccable. Room was the cleanest we've seen after one month in Sicily and the largest shower too! Bed was super comfortable. Phenomenal breakfast, with lots of homemade items....not just pastries. Great location. Climbed La Rocca... really spectacular views from the top. Lots of great shops and wonderful restaurants close by. Don't hesitate. Definitely book a stay with Salvatore. He even found a friend to drive us to Gangi on a holiday when the bus was not running. We will definitely be back to stay with Salvatore next time we are in Cefalu.

Wonderful place and host. I would definitely recommend to anyone. We stayed in a room with a big and a cozy terrace. The room was spacious enough for a family with a kid and it was cleaned every day. Salvatore and the staff are extremely friendly and helped us in a couple of situations more than a regular host should. 5 minutes walk to the beach (both private and free area). 3 minutes walk to a very good restaurant. 3 minutes walk to a very big supermarket. 10 minutes walk to the old center. Salvatore from the beginning provided us a map with all the main attractions and food places. This was very helpful. Breakfast had a fixed part with cheese and ham and a delicious homemade variable part (cakes, pastry, homemade dried tomatoes, etc). Definitely would recommend to anyone. There was nothing that we did not like

Salvatore and his family are amazing hosts! Very friendly, helpful and polite. Despite I got sick with cold, the stay there was very nice and pleasant. I loved the location: 5 minutes walking distance to the sea and a supermarket. The beach is good for families. I advice to go to the sea in the morning or right before the sunset to avoid crowds. Breakfast is sufficient and includes local specialties which may differ from day to day. Once we had a very nice family dinner served with really delicious pasta.

A bit distant from the city center by foot, but less crowds.

The B&B is only a few minutes from the beach and the historical center of Cefalù. Our room was rather large, with a balcony and chairs to relax in the afternoon sun. The owner, Salvatore, is amiable and supportive. He was always available for questions and help of any kind. Compared to the "Italian standard breakfast," which is often restricted to some cornetti and coffee, the breakfast at "Baronetto" is abundant, offering various local salty and sweet specialties and fruits. We would book this B&B again!

Amazing location at main street, 5 mins walk to old town, yet still very pleasant and quiet. Shops, cafes etc at the door step, very good supermarket 3 mins away. Great host, very welcoming and helpful, making you feel like at home. If you will let him know in advance, he will arrange a parking space for your car at the property (limited space) Rooms perfectly clean, good size, comfortable and spacious bed. Breakfast served in Baronetto is delicious with wide selection of items, great coffee and homemade cake.

Pump in a toilet was very loud. However it was only 3 seconds anytime the toilet tank was refilling after use. Not big deal anyway....

The host, Savatore, was super kind and attentive. Good communication on WhatsUp before check-in. We got a map, some guidance and also restaurant recommendation, we had very delicious lunches & dinners at those places. The room was in a great location, 5 mins from a very nice free beach. We got sunshade for use and shower was available at the beach for a few cents but you can also rent sunbed if you want. Old town is also 10 mins and is very nice as well. The room is clean & nice and we had a great breakfast every morning with home made orange jam. The whole stay was so friendly & perfect. Thank you!

Good to have space to leave my moto. The room was cleaned up every day and parasol was available in the room for the beach. Appreciate the flexibility of the staff to accept to look after the luggages for few hours beyond the checkout time and gave us space to change our cloths before leaving.

The break first was ok but not great. Home made cake were not really good, fruits were not mature, scrambled eggs were some time cold… only some fine tuning could make it great experience.

- Salvatore, the owner is very helpful. He takes time to explain in detail. He provided us with a map and indicated the points of interest. - The accommodation has free private parking, very secure. - The accommodation is walking distance away from the old town (8 mins walk). - The breakfast was amazing with homemade marmalades and homemade cake. The usual breakfast selection was available as well. - The accommodation is close to all important amenities (restaurants, takeaways, supermarket, fuel station, pharmacy, etc). - The room was very comfortable and clean. We also had a nice balcony with a table and two chairs.

- No major complaints. Maybe the water pump in the bathroom makes some noise every minute while using the water. However, it's not a big issue.
